Booked two rooms. 2 weeks before the holiday, we received a letter that our rooms could not be provided to us (at the same time, one administrator said that the rooms were flooded, and the other that they were booked for the hotel owner). They offered to transfer to a nearby hotel, while retaining the opportunity for us to eat, visit the pool and playground, or return the money. That is, in fact, we had to remain Alina's clients, only to live in a nearby hotel. As you understand, canceling the trip two weeks before it was not part of our plans and we agreed to a nearby hotel (which we did not regret in the future. Amelia Hotel - I recommend it). Arriving in Alina, we could not find a common language with the administrator Valentina. At first, she was cute and fluffy, but when she found out that we would live in a nearby hotel, she was changed. For some reason, they changed their minds about feeding us and no one really wanted to talk to us. . After some conversation in raised tones, the right to eat and order the menu was granted to us. By the way, the food was not tasty. The menu is the same for two weeks. On the road, the brushes in our car failed. The manager promised to help with repairs, as well as take us on an excursion, but after we paid for the rest, for some reason he began to avoid us. The reason for the failed holiday in this hotel turned out to be simple - a large group of miners arrived. The only adequate and hospitable people in this hotel were the waiters: two girls (if I'm not mistaken Lelya and Irina) and a man (unfortunately I don't know the name), as well as the bartender Seryozha. Thank you very much for everything. As it turned out, we were not the only ones who were resettled. But in the end we were even satisfied, as the staff of the neighboring hotel turned out to be more hospitable. The behavior of the manager and administrators of the hotel Alina left an unpleasant aftertaste. If you want to go to Alina - think about it. And suddenly they will do the same to you.
