We rested in August 2019 in a two-room suite. Wonderful hosts (Natalya Borisovna and Yulia) did everything to the maximum for vacationers, quickly solved all emerging problems, answered all questions. So, for example, when booking, they forgot to indicate a late check-out. But this problem was also solved very quickly.
The apartments themselves are comfortable, comfortable, just right for a family of 6 people. All infrastructure in the room (TVs, washing machine, stove, air conditioners) corresponds to the description on the site. The building is located near the sea, each room has sun loungers on the beach, which is very convenient.
We, as a family with 2 children, were fine with the closed area, as the children were safe.
On the territory there is 1 cafe, where the food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. There is also a stall with fruits and vegetables with a nice seller Alya, where you can always buy everything fresh and tasty and have a nice chat.

The representative of the tour desk Anatoly is very friendly, always very competently and in detail answered all questions (even the most stupid ones), gave detailed instructions for each trip.
Thanks to everyone for organizing the rest, excursions, delicious food.

In general, I liked everything very much. Of the shortcomings, I would like to note the lack of a full-fledged embankment and a normal road to reach Alushta. But this is not a problem for the owners of boathouses, but for the city administration.
