We went to a familiar place, because we had a 10-month-old baby with us. But the room in which we rested was already booked and I had to choose another room in another building using the Internet (photo and description). Pluses - the boarding house is located in an ancient cypress-sycamore-pine shady park, from the windows there is a beautiful view of the sea and galloping squirrels. Pretty spacious rooms, decorated with wooden clapboard with once beautiful solid furniture. You can choose a beach: for diving with a mask between stones, small pebbles-sand, medium pebbles and a beach with sunbeds and awnings. A long embankment indented with piers, without an abundance of stalls. A small market (medium-priced) with souvenirs, fruits and vegetables, books, toys, four bars, a nice playground on the embankment for children from three years old. Minuses:
1. Without warning, they settled in another room overlooking the construction site with constant noise.
2. It was impossible to achieve cleaning, only after persistent polite abuse, although the room costs 500 hryvnia per day.

3. No one changed the linen and towels for two weeks, the light bulbs are screwed in and work after one.
4. For the child, linen and towels were not offered at all.
5. Disgusting soundproofing in the building - they heard the neighbors as if they were in their room.
6. For four rooms, designed for 15 people, one burner worked in the kitchen, it was possible to cook only in turn.
7. Lack of safes and warnings that rooms are being robbed. We learned about this sad fact from the owner of the neighboring boarding house Ai-Todor, when they climbed in through the window through the unassembled scaffolding. The owners of our boarding house did not even come to sympathize and the forests were not dismantled. The staff frightenedly lied in the eyes of the police that they opened only in July of this year and this is the first time!
8. Pretty shabby furniture in the kitchen and common balcony, lack of normal hangers in the cabinets, fungus in the bathroom, leaking drains under the showers (constant struggle with puddles after taking a shower).
9. At the first level, the floor is made of tiles, and heating does not work everywhere.
10. For groceries, you need to go to Alushta or walk 25 minutes to the neighboring Utes, where prices bite and the same suppliers at all stores.
In general, the place is beautiful, the service and conditions at the stated prices, to put it mildly, leave an unpleasant impression. We won't go again.
