I rested in this boarding house in July for 2 weeks with my boyfriend.
To tell the truth, having read the bad reviews, I prepared myself for the worst, but everything turned out better than I thought. I'll tell you about everything in order.
The main reason for the dissatisfaction of many who write reviews is the food. I am very picky about food, I won’t eat anything, but even I managed to find something to my taste in the dining room, and my martyr, who is unpretentious in food, liked almost everything. Usual such, soviet canteen food. Soup, all sorts of casseroles, fish, meatballs, vegetables, pickles, mashed potatoes, pilaf, for dinner + still fresh muffins and pancakes that are baked right in front of you. Of course, not so hot, but you can have something to eat. And what else did you expect for such money that they will be stuffed with lobsters and king prawns? ))

In general, the problem with food is easily solved by the abundance of inexpensive cafes. By the way, right on the territory of the boarding house there is a cafe where you can order barbecue, salad, etc. And we mostly ate at "Temur Teahouse" - a cozy place, in oriental style. Inexpensive and tasty.
There is also a very good market where you can also buy all sorts of goodies - grilled chicken, fruits and vegetables, pizza, pasties, by the way, they also sell bathing accessories, souvenirs, some clothes, local Ukrainian SIM cards (which is VERY economical) and much more. - much more. And everything is cheap, well, at least in comparison with Moscow prices : )
The territory of the boarding house is located a short distance from the road, there are many flowers, greenery, benches, for children - a playground, swings, a volleyball court. There's also a massage parlour, doctor.
Our rooms were the most ordinary - two beds (uncomfortable, we had to move and there was an opening in the middle), bedside tables, a table, a rug - a kind of minimalism. Cleaning was carried out at our request, you just need to leave the key at the reception. The main inconvenience was that there was hot water only at a certain time, now I don’t remember what time, but in the evening, the rest of the time, I had to wash under cold water, and at night it was turned off altogether. And so, the room is quite pleasant, you can live. Music really plays there - there is a children's camp nearby, but this does not really interfere.
Another inconvenience we encountered was the seabed. There are algae and stone slabs and walking on all this is very, very unpleasant and even dangerous, you can break something out of habit. But, in principle, the beach there is big, or rather even long, you can go and look for the best place, and we just bought inflatable circles : ) The sea itself is clean, warm, the beauty is unreal, the beach is excellent, sand and some shells. The most thrill was in the evening, sitting by the sea when it was already dark and enjoying the sound of the waves.

Near the boarding house you can order excursions, although they are there at every turn. There is a pharmacy, food stalls, even an amusement park with attractions. In general - everything you need for a good life. It is close to Feodosia, I got on the bus, 10 minutes and already there.
We liked the rest, the impressions are the best, and minor troubles are somehow quickly forgotten. And for those who find fault with everything - choose more expensive places, where the food will be better and the conditions.
And maybe we will go there again next summer : )
