Partenite
We rested in Partenit with a 2-year-old daughter from September 3 to September 12.2012.
The distance from the Simferopol railway station to Partenit is 63 km. We got from the bus station by regular bus 1 hour 30 minutes, the fare was 35 hryvnia per person with luggage.
WEATHER during this period was not bad: air temperature +24 - +26, water temperature +22 - +24 degrees. In recent days there has been a strong wind, cloudy and rough seas of 2 points.
HOUSING in Partenit can be rented mainly in multi-apartment (5.12-storey) residential buildings. For a 2-room apartment in a 5-7 minute walk to the sea, I paid 300 hryvnia per day. There are very few private houses in the village.
There are three BEACHES in Partenit: the beach of the Aivazovskoye holiday home (the entrance fee for 1 person per day was 75 hryvnia), the village free beach, the beach of the Crimea sanatorium (the fee for 2 visits per day was 20 hryvnia, children from 5 to 12 years - 10 hryvnia), after 18:00 visiting the park is free.
The free village beach is relatively small (approximately 80-100 m long), with large pebbles. Even in September at 7:00 in the morning there were no empty seats.
My child and I visited the beach of the sanatorium "Crimea". At 10:00 - 11:00 in the morning it was possible to sit freely. Sunbeds were provided free of charge only to vacationers of the sanatorium, the rest - renting a sun lounger per day cost 25 hryvnias. The beach itself is made of medium pebbles, the entrance to the sea is sandy and pebbly, the water in the sea for the entire time of our holiday was clean and transparent.
FOOD I cooked homemade food for the child. There are many restaurants and cafes in the village, but nowhere is there a children's menu. Adults can have an inexpensive and tasty lunch at the Smak Cafe, Blaser Café , At the Cypress Cafe (I ate at these cafes myself).
On the territory of the sanatorium "Crimea" there are 4 canteens, but only vacationers of the sanatorium can eat in them upon presentation of a sanatorium book. Canteens do not serve cash. It was possible to purchase food coupons at the sanatorium management (the cost of 3 meals a day was 110 hryvnia per day).
INFRASTRUCTURE: on the territory of the sanatorium "Crimea" there is a dolphinarium (ticket price was 70 hryvnia), a concert hall, a cinema, a light and music fountain. The sanatorium has a beautiful park, turning into the forest of the Ayu-Dag mountain. The park is man-made, trees over 20 years old were planted from the Nikitsky Botanical Garden. More than 150 species of trees grow in the park, many exotic ones.
The village has several pharmacies, a post office, a telegraph office, a clinic, grocery stores, and many ATMs.
In general, the rest was satisfied. Of course, the architecture of the village and the buildings of the sanatorium "froze" in the Soviet years. I was struck by the terrible building of the dolphinarium with walls black from dampness - the administration of the sanatorium clearly spares money for cosmetic repairs. But nature, climate and the sea are the main advantages of Partenit! I recommend this place for a relaxing family vacation. Young people here will be pleased only with the Salvador Motel Club with discos, foam parties and mud fights. In other restaurants, chanson or polka sounds.
I advise everyone who comes for the first time to immediately buy a Partenit card in the souvenir shop (price 15-20 hryvnias), it will be easier for you to navigate the village and the large territory of the sanatorium.
Buy a return ticket to Simferopol at the Partenita bus station in advance, on the day of departure there may not be empty seats on the bus.
