1. Room: on the website (booked through Booking. com) it was designated as "one bedroom suite". In reality, it was just a room with a separate shower / toilet plus a small verandah. The room was quite "tired", badly tidied up with rusty plumbing and a dirty ceiling in the shower/toilet (see photo). There was no hair dryer, although according to the list of amenities it should have been.
2. Location and territory of the guest house: on the site “located opposite the beach”, in reality, the nearest beach is 4 km away and the beach is not even bad. You can really go down to the sea near the hotel, but the coast is rocky and the entrance to the water, to put it mildly, is “not convenient”. For those who have a car, it will not be a problem to go to the beach. The territory of the guest house is not big, but well-groomed enough. But there is one minus: the territory is not illuminated at all.

We returned each time with a flashlight (the village is remote, so in the afternoon we drove along the west coast).
3. Meals: breakfast 250/person, lunch 450/person, dinner 350/person, coffee 100. What exactly you want for breakfast/lunch/dinner must be ordered in advance. At the appointed time (breakfasts from 8 to 9, lunches from 14 to 15, dinners from 19 to 20) you enter the dining room, where the food you ordered is waiting for you at the table. The cook and the hostess cooked according to the schedule for 2 days after 2. I can’t say that it was delicious, it was rather usual. Compotes and tea were fresh. True, once for lunch the cook made delicious dumplings (I liked the cook's kitchen more). The hostess looked every time to see if you ate her “cooking” and if for some reason (everyone has different tastes) the food remained, you had to listen to her moans. I also want to WARN EVERYONE about what you need to remember when you had breakfast / did not have breakfast, lunch / did not have lunch, had dinner / did not have dinner, because
upon departure, you may be deceived, and even if they agree with you that there were no breakfasts / lunches / dinners and you have already left this guest house, then they will start calling and writing to you so that you transfer the amount for those very non-existent breakfasts / lunches / dinners.
4. Owner: You will be greeted with hospitality and many "personal stories" will be told. But be careful, because her "creativity" in terms of money makes her be on guard all the time.
As a result: I initially chose this guest house based on reviews (rooms, food) and I perfectly understood that there was no infrastructure nearby (this is a village) and I was ready to overpay so as not to think where to get food). According to the result, everything was not bad, and I didn’t want to turn even to cobwebs and dust in the dining room, not very tidy room and rusty plumbing.

But on the day of departure, my father went to the hostess to give the rest of the money for food (we only had breakfast and dinner, and even then not always due to not very convenient time. I will make a reservation - upon arrival we paid the full amount for accommodation and advance payment for food) , returned with a story that they wanted to take money from us for breakfast for the day when we did not have breakfast and left in the morning for Evpatoria. True, the hostess agreed with him and everything was fine. We continued to get ready and just before leaving, my mother decided to go and say goodbye to the owner of the guest house - she said goodbye (mind you, everything went well and there were no complaints on her part). We left, we had to get to the third point of our vacation - Koktebel. When I was driving in Simferopol, my phone began to ring persistently - I hung up (I don’t pick up the phone while driving). Then SMS began to fall with the wording “dad refused to pay for three breakfasts on August 26” (see photo).
What prevented her from insisting on her own when we had not yet left the so-called suite is a mystery.
Conclusion: for the amount that we paid for the “suite”, you can find a mini-hotel or a guest house with much more interesting conditions (pool, clean room, area lighting, beach nearby).
