Pension "Magnolia" - really "paradise" in the village. Mezhvodnoe (Chernomorsky region, about 70 km from Evpatoria, Crimea). The owners of the boarding house, Victoria and Sergey, are friendly, hospitable people. All wishes are answered. There is no need to "run" after them, they themselves are interested, ask questions. The rooms are clean, for eleven nights of rest they changed the bed 1 time (last year they rested in the Black Sea - this was not observed).
The territory of the boarding house is clean, the whole territory is buried in greenery and flowers. There is a kitchen on site where you can cook your own meals. For those who want to take a break from the kitchen - a lot of cafes throughout the village.
Holidays with four-legged pets are possible.
There are many points that sell excursions to all corners of the Crimea. I advise you to choose the tour agency "Perlinka Tarkhankuta" for travel. For two years in a row, the services of "Perlinka" have been used: excellent guides who perfectly know the history and modernity of those corners where vacationers are taken; interesting trips, planned in such a way that there is time for rest, for a photo shoot, and, most importantly, to see the most beautiful corners of Crimea.
Why did you call the rest "3 in 1"? Mezhvodnoe is located between 3 waters. You can rest:
- on the city beach (from the hotel on foot 7 minutes) - shallow warm sea; the beach is free, many attractions;
- on the rocks - beautiful views, the cleanest sea, separate "banks", i. e. no more than 10 people rest in one place, descent into the sea - depending on the chosen bank - from steep rocks to a gentle entrance to the sea. from the village - 1.5 km - 2.5 km, you can walk, you can call a taxi (20 UAH in both directions);
- on an arrow that goes far into the sea: an ideal place to relax with small children - the water is warm, the sea is clean, VERY shallow for tens of meters from the coast (the cost of a taxi is 15 UAH one way).
If anyone wants to combine relaxation with treatment, there is an estuary with mud at their disposal, which in its composition is not inferior to the mud of the city of Saki. From the boarding house 7 minutes walk in the opposite direction from the sea.

for the first time in Mezhvodnoe were with her husband after the wedding. it was our honeymoon. after that we were in Magnolia for three summers in a row. we really liked it there. And Sergey and Victoria (hosts) are generally great! everything for guests, everything for us - vacationers. and a fish pond, and a playground for families with children.

And Sergey and Victoria (hosts) are generally great! everything for guests, everything for us - vacationers. and a fish pond, and a playground for families with children. the rooms are excellent. there is an old building (not in the sense of old in time, but in the sense it was the first to be built) one-story, and a new three-story building. there is one room with a kitchen together. There is a large kitchen on site. everything is there: from dishes to an ironing board : ) there is a place for cars on the territory. to the sea on foot for 5-7 minutes. and entrance directly to the central beach. there is also a bus stop nearby. I am attaching photos from three seasons of visiting 2008 - 2010. I highly recommend this boarding house.
