It's just awful. If you decide to come here, do not book through the operator, as the money is not returned. Better book a day and see for yourself. This is not worth the price paid. You can find much better for the same money. This is not the first time in Crimea. Usually I did everything myself and it was great. This time we decided through a friend in the agency, trusted and regretted it. They took it through the Biblioglobus agency, sold it as a hotel with a private sandy beach. It turned out that the beach is rocky, and not private, but public. To sandy go only by taxi, walk for a long time, about 40 minutes. Public transport does not run from this place. Taxis don't go here too well, we waited 40 minutes. There are no pharmacies, restaurants, shops, everything is in the city. The only store with a minimum set of products - 15 min. hot on foot.
The hotel itself is not a hotel at all. This is a private house with barracks that smell of dampness. Each barrack room has a small refrigerator, an old TV set, a bed and a closet without shelves or hangers. So you will still store things in a suitcase, since you can’t hang it up or spread it out. But the suitcase itself can be put in a closet. When we checked into the room, it was clean on the floor, but there were cobwebs and spiders on the walls, which they cleaned themselves, since they arrived at 00:00 and everyone was already asleep. In the morning, at breakfast, the neighbors came for dichlorvos, as they still have some kind of living creature, in addition to spiders. We're still lucky. There is no bathroom, there is a toilet with a shower. That is, a shower hose is inserted and part of the toilet is separated by a curtain. The sink is very small, I couldn't wash my hands in front of this sink - water is pouring on the floor. The shelf for brushes is nailed crookedly, right above the toilet. If you put funds on it, everything rolls and falls into the toilet bowl or onto the toilet bowl if it is closed. The built-in cup allowed at least to place a toothbrush and paste. Attaching photo. Soundproofing, respectively, no. Everything that happens on the street is audible. You won't be able to sleep past 8:00.
There is practically no territory of its own, since it is a parking lot with cars and a small place with a bench and a barbecue. There is a shared kitchen, but very, very dirty. Breakfast - porridge and something else: either a couple of sausages, or a casserole. With everything described, the prices are slightly above average for the rooms (based on the amount we paid), and it's all not worth the money. There are better and cheaper hotels in Crimea. I'm wondering why they sell this place as a hotel with all the amenities. Internet Wi-Fi works through time. The tap water is salty and not always available. Warm only from the shower hose, from the tap, which is built into the sink, only cold water. If there is no water, eggplants with technical water are given out, which you cannot drink, but you can flush the toilet.

Irina Mikhailovna - works at the hotel, very polite, always ready to help. This is the only plus. Valery, I don’t remember the patronymic, a rude man, apparently the owner. But you can just ignore it and not communicate. He constantly walks around the area. Dishes must be cleaned after meals. Bed linen was promised to be changed on the 5th day, everything is in order with that. Although Biblioglobus speaks of a change of times 3 days. It turned out to be useless, since we are not in the room during the day, and it is cool at night. I think it's because the numbers are in haste. The toilet does not flush well, leaks, and is repaired upon request. But the plumbing is old, everything needs to be changed. After the repair it got better, but the flush still does not work well.
