The room was the most ordinary, nothing special, nevertheless, everything was there (TV with 70 programs, refrigerator, safe, 2 beds, bedside tables, coffee table, wardrobe). Rooms are cleaned daily, linen and towels are changed once a week. The linen is clean and ironed. Our room had a large balcony. Repair is good. We liked the food in the dining room, the choice is good, we even overate. Although the menu often does not match what was given. For example, coffee was put in the morning, there was never. I personally took a jar of coffee with me for breakfast in the morning. According to my observations, no one fainted from hunger and lost weight. The waitress girls are very friendly. In general, the entire staff of the resort left a good impression. In the morning, procedures, in the afternoon, the sea. On the beach at first there were not enough sun loungers under awnings. The reason for this was some vacationers who came in the morning, left bedspreads on the beds and left. She herself watched the family for several days in a row, who occupied 3 sunbeds at 8 in the morning, and the second time they came after 18 hours. There was a great desire to throw away their covers. . . and probably not just me. However, no one quarreled with anyone, everyone silently endured. After some time, the administration pulled up new awnings, there was enough space for everyone. In the evening there are discos 4 times a week, but only children go, people are inactive. They hold various events - karaoke, lectures, but no one goes. Vacationers are not sociable, closed, probably due to fatigue from the service. Before the trip, I read in reviews about a large number of spiders in the rooms. We had two living on the ceiling. We called them Vasily Ivanovich and Petka. They saved us from mosquitoes. Our room did not have air conditioning, and there were not enough fans for everyone. Involuntarily, the balcony doors were opened. Mosquitoes flew in and fell into the paws of our defenders, not a single mosquito bit us all the time. Therefore, spiders did not interfere with us, on the contrary. . . The treatment is good. If you wanted to get additional procedures, you just had to ask the therapist. There were no problems. The Internet in the buildings barely pulls. At the beginning of the holiday, you could find several points, in the last days - only in the medical building. We solved the issue simply - we bought a SIM card from the Volna operator for 200 rubles. For this money, 300 SMS can be sent to relatives and use 3 GB of Internet. Some came with an MTS "Unlimited" card and did not bother with this problem. Prices for fruits in the city are outrageous, in our north it is half the price. But Crimeans can be understood - the holiday season is short, this is the only opportunity to earn money. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave at all. The sea was incredible. There was a storm only once in three weeks, so we didn't swim. The rest of the time we enjoyed the sea. For all questions, you could go to the reception, all the girls are responsive and friendly. They told me where to go, what is the most convenient way to get there. It was a lot of fun for the teenagers. They all became friends and when they parted, they cried. For kids, too, everything is provided - a children's playroom, a playground on the street, in the evening cartoons in the club. It's a bit far to go to the sea, but maybe it's just good, at least some movement. At sea, I observed that special facilities for swimming are provided for people with disabilities. Although this problem did not affect me, I am glad that the guys who were injured are not left without attention. When the boys, who are unable to walk, swim in the sea, they simply glow with happiness. I was happy for them too. If they offer a ticket to Burevestnik, I will go without hesitation. I slightly lower the rating for the room (there are not enough fans), entertainment (although this is still not a hotel but a sanatorium, but I want more fun in the evening) and location (the sanatorium is very far from the center and from the sea, but this problem cannot be fixed).
