We settled on the 6th floor in the main 9-storey building, which also houses a dining room. The room is not equipped with air conditioning (we knew about it), but the fan got on the second day all in scotch tape, generally battered, but worked in one position. The final repair was required, because spiders lived on the ceiling, which periodically fell on the beds of the guests, about which screams were eloquently heard through 2 rooms where a mother and a teenage girl lived. By the way, it also fell on us twice, but we were not so loud, we had to find a broom (a real broom) and walk along the ceiling. In the bathroom, too, not everything is smooth, but these are trifles compared to the dining room. It was stuffy, the air conditioners did not work. After sorting out and clarifying (women from Novosibirsk, working in an air-conditioning company), it turned out that it was necessary just to rinse the filter, and finally, Oh, miraculously earned a little bit. They came to the dining room and started running around, then there were not enough plates, then food... I explain with food - on the tray they will bring pieces of 10 small chicken scattered around the tray, and they wonder how after the influx of the crowd someone didn’t get it... But in the evening, sitting on the bench at the checkpoint, the canteen workers walked with such bags in both hands... I don’t think it was waste. By the way, before the trip, I found a negative review on this sanatorium, what else... in terms of a dining room with names and addresses, and where the products are rented, but I considered it a slander, but everything turned out to be SO. But I'm a woman, I don't need much, so the dining room didn't upset me much. But the treatment... I had to wait in queues, there were some procedures, where everything was on time, namely Mud therapy, Baths, Massage and that's it, then all the live queue is very inconvenient. The staff of the medical building are all very friendly, but it would be necessary to think over the system of procedures so that there is no waiting. And at that time I was very unlucky with the gynecologist (she gave birth) and no one was invited instead of her, though she came once, but alas for 30 minutes, it’s a pity, but in gynecology by the end of our season there was no point in starting anything from treatment. From the pleasant: nice employees, the sea, an equipped beach, selling ice cream on the beach, excursions (the fortress in Sudak, the Vorontsov Palace, Yalta, they didn’t have time for more, because the treatment took time). From the negative: food in the dining room (they almost didn’t see meat there, except for chicken bones), queues for some procedures. As a result, they didn’t buy much at sea and didn’t really get treated. CONCLUSION: to be treated in Stavropol sanatoriums, and the Mediterranean sea is better.
