We stayed at this resort in August 2016. Came there with three children. They settled us in another building (the wrong one was originally indicated on the ticket). The administrator does not know anything, he cannot solve the problems. Initially, we were placed in a quadruple room. The room was not prepared, looked like a crypt. Stuffy air, old windows, plumbing, beds, no repairs, the whole room was dirty (cobwebs, insect corpses, dust). We lived there exactly one evening, as we were attacked by wasps. The administrator suggested the only way out: to put us in a double room with two extra beds. And no one cares that we paid like four main ones. Room cleaning is completely poor quality (they don’t wipe the dust, cobwebs are everywhere, plumbing is all in the raid). Toilet paper is issued one for the whole season, you can take it only after a scandal and long proceedings with the administrator of the building. The room is dark as there are not enough light bulbs in the chandeliers. An electrician was called several times during the season, he did not solve the problem, it turned out that the chandelier was broken. As for plumbing, the toilet did not flush well, the water pressure is very weak, it is almost impossible to wash. They also called a plumber, he did not solve the problem, since the plumbing is old. The tile in the bathroom is full of cracks and chips, besides, all plumbing is cleaned just "for appearance". Appliances in the room are old, TV and refrigerator are terribly dirty. The food in the cafeteria is disgusting. Monotonous, "cutlets" bread and all to one taste. In general, meat is present in meat products only "for smell". Soups boiled in water, absolutely tasteless. You will not find meat in the soup for sure. The porridges are liquid, it feels like they are mixing milk and yesterday's side dish, here you have porridge. There are no breaks in distribution. For each dish you have to run separately with a plate in your hands, bumping into other vacationers. Salads are the same. Refueling is very poor quality. Some strange balls floated in mayonnaise. Both ketchup and mayonnaise were liquid. There are flies in the dining room. It is not entirely clear where they come from, because the windows in the hall do not open. Dripping from the air conditioner. Tablecloths are not changed. Everything is very limited. . If you did not have time to take lemons or sausage, then you are left without it. To eat more or less normally, you need to run to the distribution first. There are no complaints about the treatment and the beach. The treatment is of high quality, the medical staff is sympathetic and kind. The beach is clean, the sea is calm, the lifeguards treat their duties conscientiously. Nearby is the Frunze Park, it is not far to go to the market, the fare is inexpensive. In terms of location, everything is great. In general, we don’t go to this sanatorium anymore, it’s better to overpay than to live in such terrible conditions. We do not recommend this kind of vacation to anyone.
