Pros: good food, friendly staff, beautiful area, several free walking tours from the hotel (there is an opportunity to see a beautiful city with a guide), constant presence on the territory and the beach of the guard, the presence of a library (for lovers of reading), room cleaning every day (modestly of course, they cleaned it, but at least the sand didn’t lie on the rugs), change of linen on the 6th day (bed linen and three towels per person, everything is in good condition, almost new), fresh cosmetic repairs everywhere (furniture, of course, in my opinion, is large part from the times of the Soviet Union, but everything is in good condition), the ability to rent sports for free. equipment (masks, flippers, even beach mats), there is a bar on the beach, so ice cream, beer, etc. can be bought without problems, a pool bar (delicious and inexpensive pastries from the canteen, various drinks, democratic prices), large a playground, a children's room (it seems like even educators work with children there), a children's video salon (+ a TV and comfortable chairs, an ironing board and an iron on each floor) and you can also take a taxi for 5-10 minutes, the choice of food (the choice is not big, but still, you can take not full board as well).
The disadvantages are: a really small beach (it’s almost impossible to take places under an awning), a delivery system to the beach (there is almost a crush on the bus, although it takes 6-10 minutes to go, but still I would like to go more comfortably), paid pool -15 UAH. for half a day (but on the other hand, this can be perceived as +, because most of the tourists are filtered out, the pool is not large and if it was free to visit there would obviously not be enough places for everyone, it would all turn into a bazaar : )
I liked the rest, for such money you can go safely!

The report is based on living in the first! building, tourists of the second building also use the entire infrastructure (it seems like there are even billiard tables in the lobby of the first floor, this is for big fans), but judging by the reviews and what I saw, I would not advise going to the second building with children. The second building is located at the intersection of streets, a skyscraper - lack of territory.
