Hello! I stayed with my family in this hotel in June 2015. I took a 1-room suite (210), we were two adults and 2 children (4 and 7 years old). Now about everything in more detail:
1. Transfer. His hotel offers FROM the airport of Simferopol according to the website information. And so it turned out. We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel for 2000 rubles. But when it was time to move out, the transfer was denied. Called a taxi (1300-1500r to the airport). Drive about an hour and a half.
2. Attitude. After a long journey (7.000 kilometers covered), with a heavy suitcase in hand and with tired and whining children, we arrived at the hotel at about 20 pm. Let me remind you that the check-in time is paid from 14:00, that is, my legal time is coming. From the threshold we were handed 8 forms that had to be filled out. On my proposal to first take things and settle in the room, and later I was refused to fill out the forms. I had to spend 10-15 minutes listening to the children's twitter for filling. This attitude towards the guests was not pleasant.

Let me remind you that the room is a 1-room suite. If you look, the hotel website promises a safe in this room. I brought a large amount of money with me, so the presence of a safe for me was one of the important conditions that I paid attention to when choosing this particular hotel. Upon arrival at the room, I did not find the safe. Went down to reception and asked where the safe was. I was advised to look in the closet. Went looking. This time I rummaged through the entire issue, ransacked everything I could. There is no safe. The next day, I went down to the reception again and again raised the topic of the safe, to which I was advised to put my things in the safe of the hotel administrator. Now imagine whether you would agree to this or not, given that you do not have access to the safe and you need to invest a considerable amount of money and documents there and have access to this safe several times a day. In short, there was a misunderstanding with this promise of the hotel. So whoever is going to relax in this hotel, take care of the safety of valuables yourself, but the promises of the hotel are the most natural and outright lies.
3. Number. Everything that was promised on the site, I received in the room (except for the aforementioned safe). I would like to say a special thank you for the lighting. In all rooms it is very well thought out. Light. And floor lamps, and lamps, even in the toilet above the mirror there is a separate lighting. Minus: the wall clock above my bed showed the same time all 11 days. Batteries to replace the maids have no time. I am sure that even now in room 210 the clock shows 12.55. The disadvantages also include the lack of a table. Of the available horizontal surfaces, there is only a small coffee table 20 centimeters high. But there are plenty of chests of drawers, cabinets, cabinets. Minus also in my opinion - the door to the toilet. Only an adult can open it. It dried up and my youngest son could not open it. My wife was uncomfortable without a hair dryer. In a number of other hotels there is a hair dryer in the rooms. I would like to see hair dryers in the rooms in the future. It costs a little, but how nice the girls are. Didn't like the existing double bed. The mattress feels like it is woven from uncovered steel ropes. They hit hard on the back. The children's pillows were very soft, but my wife and I seemed to be stuffed with sand. Heavy, hard, very uncomfortable. Another negative is the water pressure in the bathroom. Pretty weak.
4. Maids. Bed linen is changed approximately every 3 days, towels are changed daily. Every day, toilet paper, soap, and then a couple of sachets of shampoo, then a couple of sachets of shower gel were put in the toilet. In general, the work of the maids was satisfied.
5. SPA. See how the site has a lot of information about the SPA center and the gym. But if you look closely, you will notice that there is not a single person in any of the photographs. Correctly! Because there really are no people! The site forgot to print in large print the most important thing about its work! The SPA-center is open only from the end of October to the beginning of May! That is, when the season is over, the indoor pool begins to work, where the SPA center and the gym are located. Apparently, this service is mainly provided to the local population in the winter. But when you go to this hotel in the summer (spring, autumn) to rest, be aware that you will not get any SPA and exercise equipment! : grin

6. Breakfast. Everything is fine here. As promised, buffet. Who rests for a long time, then you will get tired of the menu. What they give: boiled sausages, pasta, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, compote, tea, coffee, cookies, bread - this is every breakfast. Porridge every day is different, one of 3 types (buckwheat, rice, oatmeal). And every day one of 2 dishes (cottage cheese casserole or lazy dumplings). The waiters are a little annoying, who, like kites, ply around the hall and look for empty plates. Then, as soon as they notice one, they go at a strafing flight to the target and snatch it greedily. : eek
7. Hotel cafe. As you understand, breakfast takes place in such a cafe according to the buffet system. Lunch and dinner, if anyone wishes, you can order in the room, but the prices are extortionate. The site writes about complex meals at the request of guests. It is not true. There is a regular restaurant menu with great prices. This is where you can order food. There are no set lunches or dinners. They officially work until 21:00, but if there are people, then longer. They provide both alcohol and all kinds of cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
My family and I ate 500 meters from the hotel, in the dining room "EDAtory". It's near the waterfront. There is a huge cluster of cafes and canteens, but this one seemed to me the most affordable and with a good and satisfying menu.
8. Pool. Big, clean (cleaned every morning). The pool is divided into several zones: the deepest (about half of the pool, about 170cm deep), smaller (about 140-150cm), even shallower (about 100cm) and the shallowest (about 50cm). All children's areas are large enough for children to have a place to frolic and play. But the issue with the separation of zones was poorly resolved. More likely to miss your foot into a deeper zone and lose balance. The pool is level with the ground, there are no fences. About a meter around the pool - facing tiles, very slippery. My kids got hurt on it a couple of times. Very unsafe. The water temperature is pleasant, the water is heated by the Sun. There is no heating, no geysers. Around the pool there are sunbeds, umbrellas, nearby the hotel cafe. Very lacking next to the pool shower and toilet.

9. Location of the hotel. Everything is fine here. Location in the center of the resort area. Everything you need for relaxation is concentrated on a patch of 500x500 meters. There is a water park, a dolphinarium, an aquarium, amusement parks, the embankment is full of establishments (mostly cafes, canteens, nightclubs, but there are a few stalls with souvenirs, food, clothes). The only thing that surprised me was the complete absence of fruits and vegetables. Everyone knows how Russian resorts are full of resting merchants with fruits, berries, sweets, spices, etc. There is not a single merchant of berries, fruits and vegetables at all. I have to go to the collective farm market in Evpatoria (marshutka No. 9). As one of the locals said, it all happened before, but then the Crimean authorities adopted some kind of law, according to which such trade was prohibited on the beaches and embankments.
10. Beach. With this case in the Crimea, when it was Ukrainian, it was tight. All beaches are private, locked, you can’t cross the water from beach to beach either. Now that it has become Russian, the situation has begun to change, but so far slowly and gradually. Now 30% of the beaches have been left under lock and key (healing beaches of sanatoriums for usually sick children, people with disabilities and with various disabilities). Guests of the hotel "Yuliana" go to the beach "Robinson". I compared different other beaches and I can say that this one is one of the best. The beach is cleaned, cleaned, there are lifeguards, a doctor, for 100 rubles a day you can use all the benefits (umbrella, sunbed). A huge drawback is that the beach is open from 7 am to 6 pm. I don’t know how legal it is, but at exactly 18 o’clock people are expelled from the beach, the entrance gates are locked, people remain to guard. There is a cafe with a kitchen where everything is cooked up to borscht. You can eat here and do not leave the beach anywhere. You can rent inflatable property (from small circles to large air mattresses), catamarans. It is possible to ride a boat and go fishing in the sea. Of the minuses (but this does not apply to the beach, but to the whole of Crimea), I note the absence of cheesecakes, bananas, parachutes, bungee, etc. Previously, they say, all this was, now there is none. Either people did not have time to properly register and license their activities, or they banned it, but the fact is that you will not find such entertainment.
P. S. In general, I was satisfied with the rest in the Crimea. I hope that in the next few years all the roughness will be smoothed out, the hotel owners will work on the service.
