Were from 1 to 14 September last year. The hotel was found on the Internet. It was 30 USD per day per room, this year the prices were inadequately raised by 2 times, for which it is not clear.
Pulls on a solid three stars. Value for money then pleased. The hotel has only 5 rooms. In 3 of them, the entrance is from the main entrance, in 2 - from the backyard. We were just in what was behind: a courtyard fenced with a high reliable wall, a room (12-13 square meters), a bathroom with a toilet bowl, a washbasin and a shower cabin. The second room is directly above us - the entrance there is through a spiral staircase. Near the door to our room, there is a door to the kitchenette, which, in general, no one except us used. There is a complete set of utensils - from cups, forks to pots and pans. Clean, solid last year's repair. Metal-plastic, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, hot water around the clock (there is a centralized column in the house). Very nice hostess Margarita. I cleaned daily, the bed was changed once a week, but there were no problems if anyone wanted more often. There is a brazier in the yard - in 14 days we fried barbecue 5 (! ) times : -))). Minus one - one night they caught a huge cockroach in the kitchen...
We were traveling with a small child. They were afraid to go to Egypt-Turkey and others like them: how to carry a baby by plane? In the boarding house, the baby is not yet on the common table, they did not dare. Therefore, they were specifically looking for with the ability to cook.

But Evpatoria herself was not impressed - dirty, miserable, smells strongly of "scoop" (sorry if we offend anyone). Expensive. Despite the end of the season and the region: fruits are cheaper in Kyiv. . .
