Arrived two days ago. While the memories are fresh, I decided to leave my review. When picking up a place to stay, the child asked to Evpatoria. We started to probe the soil, and then, on the advice of a friend of the wife, we paid attention to this hotel
We phoned the agency managers (Olga or Konstantin), who picked up a block for us (from two rooms, because we were traveling with two families). They asked to send an advance payment for two days of stay in hotels. After the money was transferred, I received the contract by e-mail, signed it, sent it back to the agency, and that was the end of the booking.
The agency asked if I needed to be met, I answered yes, they told me that at the station near my car there would be a person with my name on a sign, which actually turned out to be so (we were met by 2 cars, for which we paid 30 UAH).
The hotel is fully consistent with its description and photos on the Internet.

Pros: 250 meters to the sea - 3-4 minutes walk, the sea is clean, transparent, not a bad beach. The room has a toilet and shower cubicle with constant cold and hot water. In addition, new furniture, satellite TV in every room, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle. We were pleasantly surprised, clean linens, 3 large and 2 small towels, 6 plates, 6 cups, drains, spoons, forks, etc. The administrators are polite and friendly, they try to help with any problems.
Cons: the absence of our own beach (we went to the beach of the "Magistral" boarding house, at first it froze for 5 days, went for free, and then we had to pay 10 UAH each, but we got sunbeds for it), lack of a balcony or veranda (they dried things on dryers, but they were not always completely dry, and it was not possible to sit on the balcony in the evening). The absence of a kitchen, it is only in the so-called suites, but it is cool there (really) with all the bells and whistles. But about the lack of a kitchen, my wife eventually said that this is a plus, because. no need to stand by the stove, although a couple of times the girls even boiled potatoes in the microwave.
There is an opportunity to order complex meals from them, but we didn’t want to be tied in time, so I won’t say anything about food at the hotel. They themselves ate either in a cafe (around the corner of the hotel, lunch is about 80 UAH for 2 adults and a child) or in the dining room of "Helios" it is even cheaper there, but I advise you to take only first and hot main courses there, salads sometimes come across sour.
In general, that's all. In my subjective opinion, the hotel is very good, I would even say good. For prices, communicating with vacationers, you can, in principle, find cheaper ones, but the conditions are much worse, and sometimes more expensive, and also with worse conditions. Therefore, if you are looking for normal housing at a normal price in Evpatoria, I recommend it.

P. S. The wife got into a conversation on the beach with a girl from Moscow (resting with a 6 year old child). They took a ticket to the sanatorium "Primorye" for big money (70 thousand rubles for 12 days). When she spoke about the conditions in the boarding house, we were simply shocked, and she, hearing from us how we live in Real Madrid, almost cried. I do not want to engage in anti-advertising, but the fact remains. Many hotels (especially) not private from the Council of Deputies remained unchanged, with dead furniture, food, service staff.
