There were 3 adults and a 2 year old child.
Price: 650 UAH for two + 100 UAH extra bed + 15 UAH utilities per child = 765 UAH / day (without meals)
So, Sealand has both "+" and "-".
Pros:
1. Vacationers have the right to visit the beach of the children's sanatorium "Primorsky". The beach is sandy, located 100-150 m from the boarding house, it is cleaned, there are relatively few people, the sea is clean.
2. The territory of the boarding house is well-groomed, there are many flowers, there is a playground.
3. All rooms have a balcony, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hot / cold water, change of bed and towels. You can see the sea from the balcony : )
4. Animation: there were 2 girls, every day from 14:30 to 17 a children's room is open, games and dances for children are arranged every evening. On the day of our departure, the Day of Neptune was planned.
Children are interested.
5. Wi-Fi at the reception is working fine.

Minuses:
1. Lack of infrastructure near the boarding house.
2. Power system. Breakfast is offered (45 UAH),
lunch (70 UAH), dinner (55 UAH). You can order whatever is convenient.
The main disadvantage are:
- timing (lunch from 13 to 14 - at this time my daughter is sleeping)
- small selection (2 dishes to be chosen in advance)
- inability to order a part (for example, only a salad for breakfast)
- first you need to pay at the reception (strongly recommend 3 days in advance)
3. The extra bed is not the most comfortable.
4. There is a railway behind the boarding house 20 m away. For light sleepers, this will not be the best bonus.
5. A huge number of spiders (for me they are big, I don’t know how for Crimeans) and mosquitoes. So, sitting on the balcony in the evening will not work.
6. Service leaves a lot to be desired. There were a few moments. . .
- Epic with boiling water. It is forbidden to use electric kettles in the boarding house. When settling in, we were told this, while specifying that 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening you can take 1 liter for children under 3 years old. 2 days passed and the kettle broke down at the reception, which they handed over for "repair". What nonsense!! ! I pay 765 UAH/day for a room, I think you can buy a kettle. 6 days have passed, the kettle has remained in the "repair". It is worth noting that we were given water several times after my 2 year old daughter told her aunt from the reception that she wanted tea.
- Once, when paying for breakfast for my daughter for one day, I was told "we do not accept such small amounts. " It was just ridiculous, considering that they took it yesterday.
- When receiving a room during check-out, pencil stains were found on the bedspread (daughter drew something and touched the bedspread). They said "if it does not wash off, we will decide something. " Again, 765 UAH / day... You can afford to wash everything. Luckily it cleared up : )
Conclusion: We won't go there again.

As for a holiday in Evpatoria with such a service (you can put up with the rest) - a little expensive. 2 times cheaper would be fine.
