Many thanks to the spa staff for their efforts, they constantly wiped the floors so that people would not slip. Half of the saunas don't work, everything is ushatano in need of repair, the smell of sewerage in some treatment rooms. Jacuzzi is one plus, the phytobar did not work. After the spa in the evening we went to a restaurant, there were a lot of people, the girl sang wonderfully, the waiter was sleepy, the restaurant was not ready for the reception, the ordered dishes were for three. All that was left with NG went into the dishes.
In the morning at breakfast, again the restaurant was not ready to receive guests, there were no places, the woman was poor, she only managed to bring dishes, add juice, bring food, I want to ask again: where is the staff? One person for the entire restaurant. And finally, I want to say thank you again for ruining my birthday, I remember it for the rest of my life! I would not recommend anyone to book a stay at the Tes hotel.
