Initially, we booked (no prepayment) a suite on the ground floor, but when we arrived and went into the room, we realized that it stinks of something. . There are no mosquito nets on the windows, but they promised to hang them. There was a 2nd suite free on the 2nd floor - settled there. The room is normal, lined with clapboard, there is no unpleasant smell. With all the amenities, air conditioning on the bed does not blow. Of the minuses - 1) the external staircase to the 2nd floor is quite dangerous for children, 2) water from the outdoor air conditioner drips directly onto the stairs - the stairs become doubly dangerous, 3) in my room cleaning is not provided, I don’t know whether they change the bed or not - we stopped for only 2 days - they didn’t ask to change, 4) I couldn’t turn on the TV - most likely it doesn’t work or the batteries in the remote control are dead. Of course, the number does not pull on the name of the Suite, but for washing and sleeping for 2 adults and 4 children, we were basically arranged for 1600 rubles. There is wifi on site, we didn't use it. There are grocery stores within a 2-minute drive, people on the street sell fruit cheaply. Parking is free under video surveillance, but from the side of the street behind the fence. There is a shared kitchen on the premises where you can cook something for yourself. Also on the territory there are many rooms of varying degrees of comfort.
