I learned about the private boarding house "Uyut" from the Internet. Since the rest was planned for 28 days and at the very height of the season - in August, during a telephone conversation with the hostess of the boarding house - Anna Alekseevna, we agreed on a small advance payment through the bank. The first thing that surprised me upon arrival was that the promised taxi was waiting at the station, the driver met us at the carriage. The price of the room, negotiated almost two months before arrival, has not changed (although the exchange rate has increased, and significantly). The room turned out to be the same as in the photos presented on the Internet. The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, clean, comfortable. The hostel is very cozy and clean. Every inch is thought out. I especially liked the thoughtfulness of a beach holiday: since the boarding house is located near the city embankment, and the culture of both the local population and city guests leaves much to be desired, vacationers are offered delivery by minibus to the beach, where mainly local residents rest, respectively, - this is a minimum people and the cleanliness of both the beach and the coastal part of the sea. Nutrition. The first thing that struck me was the large portions. She always had an excellent appetite, but here she could not always eat the entire portion. The menu is well thought out, varied, tasty and satisfying. Usually in between meals I indulge in a bun or a chocolate bar. This was not observed here. Only fruits and then, with you to the beach : ). Rested with my mother. It so happened that my mother needed medical assistance (my mother is on disability... after paralysis). Anna Alekseevna (the hostess), in her car, for free, drove to the doctor. Helped with the organization of treatment (also, by the way, for free). The staff at the boarding house treated with great attention, constantly offered help. When I offered money for all the help they gave me, they didn't take a penny from me! And the hostess’s husband (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name) on the day of departure personally took us to the station and helped us get to the train with our things. And he didn't take any money. In general, I would like to note that with any question we turned either to Anna Alekseevna or to him (did the beach umbrella break? He fixed it while he was fixing it, he also gave his own, by the way, for free). All questions were resolved instantly.
I also want to say that children can be left alone with Anna Alekseevna. In the boarding house there is always someone from the staff or from the hostess' family. They will look after the kids, make sure that they don’t go out the gate alone and don’t climb where they don’t need to. Never heard of them getting paid for it.
By the way, for the convenience of vacationers, there is a bar in the boarding house, and no matter what time you want ice cream, beer or sweets, the bar is always at your service, at prices, by the way, not higher than store prices, but somewhat lower.

Have a great rest!
