We were in 2017 with two children 6 and 3 years old.
Pros.
The staff is hospitable! We were provided with a stroller, for breakfast, porridge was prepared especially for children. Very close to the sandy beach. The pool for children is wonderful, as the kids are afraid to swim in the sea.
We moved the bed, we were not scolded for it.
Upon request, they gave a sugar bowl to the room.
The balcony for children in our room is quite safe.
We left ahead of schedule. The money was returned.
Minuses.
However. . . the room was cleaned only according to the schedule: it was vacuumed every three days. And children crumble around the clock.
Washing machine costs 300r. Therefore, free basins for laundry in the hotel are in short supply. The second basin (for rinsing) is given out not willingly and not for a long time.
There is a kettle in the room but no drinking water or filter.
I would like to see a cooler in the hallway and a filter in the room.
Bed linen was not changed for 5 nights.

Towels were changed only those on the floor in the toilet.
Tables were not wiped down. But we ate there.
The cups are local, no one washed them for us either.
The kids are bored in the room. There is no play area in the hotel.
Stairs for children are dangerous (at least, mom is scared).
Since the hotel only has breakfast, you have to eat in a cafe or order food on the website. Expensive. Children are uncomfortable.
