We left home at 3 a. m. , arrived only at lunchtime at the hotel, I was tired (I had a good flight (I was 5 months pregnant), but my legs were a little swollen, but my son was tired and naughty, wanted to sleep), I was glad that we got to hotel and soon go to bed. She came up and greeted the guy at the reception and said that we booked a room with the name of Timagin. … More ▾ Meeting. As a result, they didn’t greet me and in general this guy (Roman) ran into me in the most natural way: “Ahh, we’ve arrived. Do you even know that we've been calling you all day? " I replied that yes, I saw and called back myself. “We can’t get through to you all day, you changed your reservation several times, it’s not supposed to be like that at all. ” And then they are supposedly in shock, they have never had this before. And because of work, our dates changed, and therefore I changed the dates in the booking, but I didn’t know that I should justify myself for this. Then I boiled over, and answered myself already annoyed, what is he trying to achieve, wants to inform that my reservation has been cancelled? He, no, everything is there, they haven’t been filmed (then why did he begin to express something to me at all? ). I then asked for the keys. Luckily they got it without any problems.
In the evening we call and ask to bring 2 extra duvet covers to the room. They didn't bring us. My husband had to go himself and ask, in the end it was this Roma who decided that it was possible to score on our request. And as an excuse - and you didn’t call your number that way, you called 502. As it turned out later, they show which number they are calling from, and I myself heard that my husband said 505.
Trying to charge us for someone else's stains on the carpet. The son (he is 2 years old) stained the carpet in the room. He dropped the berry and a pale spot remained in the corridor, but still. Plus, it so happened that he did not run to the toilet due to indigestion and slightly soiled the floor. I removed it, but there was a trace left. We were in a hurry for breakfast (we slept for a long time) and I decided to wash everything afterwards. When we arrived, the room was already being cleaned and the cleaner said that we were resting very carelessly and we would be charged a fine for damage to the room. We resolved this issue immediately. Since there the whole floor was stained with red wine (terribly all flooded), and we would not want them to be attributed to us. They called the administrator. Irina (I don’t remember her patronymic) came in and immediately said that there was definitely at least a dry cleaner here and that we had dirtied the whole nome and a serious fine awaited us. Well, we began to figure out whose where the stains are... We had photos and videos upon arrival, so we defended that wine and other things were not our "merit" there, they could not attribute that mess to us, but for the fact that the child was a little dirty poop carpet - we have to pay for the dry cleaning of the entire carpet, or even its replacement... Irina is still that "boss", she knows how to be rude to visitors. We said that we would leave the next day, and the replacement of the carpet - through the court, here is a square meter where these stains will be reimbursed. We were ready to pay separately only for the cleaning of these stains. The cleaners picked up and left. . . leaving a poop stain. The husband could not stand it anymore, he invited them and Konstantin again (he seems to be responsible for the service there) and filmed this same Irina, who said that since we said here that we would leave tomorrow, she didn’t consider it necessary for them to clean our room, here after departure and removed. Of course, after our outrage, they removed the stains (it took less than 2 minutes and one third of a jar of vanilla). We rented room 505, it's a suite. It costs 14.500 rubles a day, have we really not paid for this jar of vanilla in a week and a half? And they deserved as much rudeness as they heard in their address? I removed this place after cleaning, there was not a trace left.
How we were led. We decided to leave on the same day. They asked to send a man to help with the suitcases and calculate us. 56 thousand came out for food. We were told that we owed nothing more, they checked all the towels, glasses, etc. and we dragged our own suitcases, as we were refused assistance in this matter. Only 2 people said goodbye, and Roman smiled contentedly. when we went beyond the barrier and got into the car, we just wanted to go, a security guard ran into us and demanded to go back to the hotel for him, as if we did not pay for the mini-bar. But after all, when we asked to calculate us, we were told that the hotel had no financial claims, the room was accepted and released in peace. The husband slipped money to the security guard, which would cover the mini-bar and more left on top. There was no desire to return to the hotel. So, at night we went to Simferopol, changed our tickets and flew out of there this morning. We left over 200 thousand rubles at the hotel and would have left over 100 thousand more, plus friends have already flown to us, rented a room there for the night, and then gathered with their families (and they would also have left decent money there). But a third of a jar of Vanish turned out to be more expensive for the hotel administrator. We rested in other countries and we didn’t have bad reviews, I will never rest in Russia and Crimea again. The money is the same, but the attitude... I can only say good things about the restaurants and the service in them and the children's playroom. And, even the gardener is well done, there really is a very well-groomed territory.

I rested at the hotel in May. I was alone, they provided a good room, they cleaned it every day !! ! I really liked the pool, it is large and there are always free sunbeds. What is interesting, at first even cleaner "voiced" his guests himself otelt scarlet sails. I arrived by car, 20 hours behind the wheel, at 7 pm I was knocked down - I wake up from the fact that some singer is frying the repertoire "a'la Kirkorov" right under the windows. This disco is broadcast by human-height speakers and of course at full volume. All this is covered by the howls of the lady from the stamboli dacha, can you imagine this "cocktail"? He was very tired - he still went to bed further. On the second evening, everything is repeated. I went to deal with the administration. Dude with Kirkorov, we must pay tribute, immediately calmed down. But here I sit listening to the dacha of Stamboli every evening, and now too, ahhh....Even local wines do not help.
The hotel is cool, the staff, the pool, the food, everything else. . . But never come here again.

An air-conditioned bus goes to the beach every 40 minutes, so getting there is not a problem. The buffet is varied, for 10 days there was not a single repetition. Pastry, fruit - everything is present. Cleaning every day, bedding changed 3 times in 10 days. Wonderful heated pool. All in all, this hotel is totally worth the money. Recommended.

Traveled with my husband this fall. The weather has been wonderful. The hotel is very pleased. Of the pluses, it is worth highlighting the attentive, hospitable staff. We liked the room, 3rd floor, with a spacious balcony, a view of the park area and even the sea was visible. The territory of the hotel is small, there is a small fountain, beautiful flowering flower beds. In the middle of the pool, heated. Fed perfectly. We ate both in the hotel restaurant and on the 6th floor in a cafe. Music played on the terrace every evening. The hotel has no animation, it looks more like not a Turkish, but a European hotel for a relaxing holiday. The staff is well-trained, always "please", "good afternoon", "what can I do for you". ))) Who is going on vacation with children, the hotel has a children's club with a nanny all day. Families with children had a lot of rest. The hotel has all the conditions for a family holiday. We had a wonderful holiday. We will try to come to rest in the "Scarlet Sails".

Fabulous panorama of the Feodosia Bay from the room. Excellent food. PS. There is a SPA-complex under construction on the territory, but they take a long time to bring it to mind.
