For the first time looking for housing through the Internet. We called "Annushka", booked a room, according to the photos presented on the site. So let's start. As for the "hotel" - nifiga this is not a hotel, but a kennel, the rooms are small, only a few of them correspond to the photos on the site, air conditioning for an additional fee of 5 USD. e. per day, the room stinks, there is no soundproofing, there is no hood (stove by the bed in some rooms), hot water is only in the shower. … More ▾ So let's start. If you are expecting a vacation - then this is not for you, for the owners - you are just cattle who bring money, and as the owner of the "hotel" says - "this is my private property and I myself decide who to live here who does not, and I don't care who - you, what are you and why did you come, drive the loot and don’t care, and even thank you, say that I allow you to live here. If you want tranquility - then this is not for you - noise, din, barking dogs, squealing children, smells of the kitchen and all that - I do not exaggerate and do not exaggerate, if you want to make sure - go. The owners do not care about the conditions in which you will live, the main thing for them is money. And if you want to move out, then forget about the money, no one will return it to you. As the owner of this kennel says - "when you buy a tour abroad, no one will give you money". Just like that, you find yourself in a "foreign room", and he is a tour operator, "this is all mine, private, and be glad that I let you in. " In general, if you want to spoil your vacation - go ahead. Regarding the conditions - there is no kitchen, there is a stove and a washbasin with cold water - near the bed, a shower, if you can call it that - not even a booth, but just a tile, so you will have water everywhere. The washbasin also has cold water, I only get hot in the shower. In general, come and see for yourself. The rooms are small, dark, there is no ventilation, the windows are small, stuffy. Some are better (do not stink), others are worse, but all are small. There are more, but also more expensive. For comparison - in June, the smallest smelly number - 15 USD. e. without air conditioning, at the same time, near the railway station, a one-room apartment costs 100-120 UAH. So decide what's best for you.

On the recommendation of friends, my husband and I stayed at the private hotel "Annushka", the living conditions were previously agreed on by phone. I want to express my gratitude to our hospitable hosts - Vladimir and Anna for the warm welcome and understanding (wonderful people live in Crimea in general! ). It took about 10 minutes to reach the sea through the park, there is a 24-hour pharmacy nearby. We ate mainly in cafes - there is plenty to choose from, since we organized a barbecue with neighbors from St. Petersburg, there is a barbecue in the yard. We visited the Aivazovsky Gallery, went to the dolphinarium in Koktebel, took a boat ride - saw Karadag, the Golden Gate from the sea (breathtaking). I want it to become a tradition in our family - to spend holidays in the Crimea (we plan to master Alushta next year).
