Since in 2012 I unsuccessfully “knocked down” in search of reviews about this hotel, I decided to write about my opinion. I found information about the hotel on the Internet, started looking for the official website and the coordinates of the administration. I contacted the owners of the hotel by e-mail, who answered me without any "concealment" and embellishment to all my questions, and issued an invoice. Through Sberbank, I paid a sum of money for the purpose of booking rooms (one day stay), and received a confirmation of the reservation (scanned) by e-mail. We went at our own peril and risk, not knowing what actually awaits us.

They didn’t change money (rubles) right away, looked at the exchangers, found a favorable rate (it is constantly changing). It is better to change in the city center, the most favorable rate for two weeks was provided by Sberbank of the Russian Federation. Near the hotel course is not acceptable.
Accommodation, food, service
We rested (in the plural, because we rested with a company) for two weeks in the first decade of September 2012. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were kindly greeted by the administrator, placed in the rooms, since it was already evening, we were immediately invited to the dining room, where they provided dinner (dinner time had already passed). I would like to note the hotel staff, they are all very nice and good-natured, tolerant, always ready to "meet".
We ate at the hotel. Everything was delicious and nice (the cook Alexandra Aleksandrovna is a kind-hearted person), but in the diet we lacked fish and meat in a “pure form”, and not in cutlets, etc. The portions are appropriate, no one left hungry. If suddenly we were late after the tour, dinner was still waiting for us. Administrators are always tactful, kind, they will tell you where and how to get there, they will give good advice.
Regarding cleaning: the hotel was cleaned every day, cleanliness, order, everything is as it should be, but in the rooms cleaning and linen change every five days. With linen okay, but with cleaning I would like once every two or three days. We expressed our wishes to the hotel management.
The location of the hotel is wonderful! The courtyard of the hotel is quiet, well-groomed, a flower garden with roses pleases the eye every time. Ten minutes walk from railway station. Aivazovsky, another 5 minutes and the intercity bus station. The market is 15 minutes away by city bus. Less than 1 minute to the beach. You leave the hotel courtyard, cross a narrow road and you are on the beach. I personally measured the distance in steps, opened the door, took 50 small steps and ended up in the water Photos of the hotel and the beach.
The beach is amazing! Fine shell sand. There are umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, but few people used them, most of the vacationers preferred to “stretch out” on a bedspread on the sand. For a fee, riding a scooter, banana, buns, etc. Local hawkers will offer you all sorts of goodies. The sea is gentle, clean and captivating. The descent is not shallow and not deep, and children and adults were delighted.
Various places for pastimes stretched along the strip of the beach. The spouse is an ideal shooter, in the city on the waterfront he knocked out all the targets, but here he said that “a scam for money”), children's entertainment , trampolines, etc. Also on the coast there are many retail outlets with souvenirs, fruits, wine, chacha, but the prices are too high. For example, grapes on the coast - 20 UAH, on the market - 5 UAH. Souvenirs can be purchased along the coast in the city center, start your journey from the Aivazovsky fountain in the park (towards the railway station) and the further you move, the more prices increase. We bought fruits, goodies, wine and chacha at the market in the city center, went by bus every two or three days, and bought some. The rooms have refrigerators where you can store. The market also sells local roses, their fragrance and splendor delights. We rested for two weeks, and they delighted us with their appearance and aroma (the administrator kindly presented us with a vase).
Most of the excursions were organized by ourselves, but we also used the services of a tour desk for a fishing trip on the high seas. Excursion offers are available, as well as along the beach (near the hotel), and a large number in the city center. In the evening you can walk along the beach and along it, breathe in the sea air. Many cafes and discos are waiting for vacationers, entertainment programs. If you want to just relax in the evening, perhaps sit on the beach in front of the hotel, enjoying the wine and the sound of the sea waves, admire the beautiful ships standing in the distance and beckoning with mysterious lights.
The Russians (in our person and not only) are grateful to the Ukrainians for such a friendly attitude! Rest remembered the most vivid and colorful memories! We rested on the Russian coast of the Black Sea, in southern Ukraine (Miskhor), visited the coast in Sudak, but the Feodossky coast turned out to be nicer.
