Hello. We are the management of the Bombay Family Hotel. We would really like to apologize for ruining the holiday to this family, but, unfortunately, the person who wrote this review for some reason decided to remain anonymous and did not write his email. Perhaps our village Beregovoe is not located in an ideal part of the Crimea, but in the advertising of the hotel it is written that we are located in Beregovoye near Feodosia, and this is the steppe Crimea. There is also a Yandex map on the site, which shows that a highway runs along the entire village... So making a decision to rest near Feodosia or not is a personal matter for everyone. We have never deceived anyone in advertising. We always tell everyone only the truth, and people themselves decide whether they want to relax in this village or not. And on our site there is not a single false word and not a single custom review. This is our principled position and we are proud of it! All reviews are written by our regular guests, and unlike the person who wrote this review, under each review on our site there is an email of the person who wrote it.

1) the site does not say that we have our own beach! We rented a beach 4 years ago (when Crimea was still part of Ukraine) and then such information was on the site, but for 4 years it has not been written there... The beaches are public, but fully equipped with everything necessary. There are umbrellas, sun loungers, slides, trampolines, bars, catamaran rentals, etc. . . That is, you can use everything, but for a fee.

2) Regarding “it’s decent to go to the sea”... The distance from the hotel to the beach is exactly 480 meters (this is GPS data from Yandex maps) and this exact figure is indicated on our website, and everyone decides for himself whether it’s decent or not.
3) Regarding “the hotel was paid for and they did not return the money”... Almost all hotels do this, and not only in the Crimea, but we are an exception to the rule. For all 11 years of the hotel's operation, we really had 4-5 cases (definitely no more) when guests wanted to relax not with us. Perhaps the reason was in our hotel, or maybe in the village itself, absolutely everyone cannot like us, even five-star hotels can make a lot of claims if you search well, but in all cases we returned the entire amount paid! Always! That is, there was not a single case that we did not return the money to someone. This fact, by the way, made us doubt the authenticity of the written review! Although for the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, a special thank you.
We can advise everyone who is going on vacation (to the Crimea or elsewhere) to ask as many questions as possible by phone or in correspondence in order to have more complete information when choosing a vacation spot, especially when you go on vacation with children. Usually, almost everyone does this, they ask everything to the smallest detail, and we always try to answer all questions as detailed as possible and always absolutely honestly!
