We rested there in 2010 for 10 days, I decided to share with you.
1) The room is quite normal, hot water is uninterrupted, the bed is comfortable, there is a refrigerator, a safe, a TV (which they really didn’t watch at all) and air conditioning (which works when it wants and how much it wants)
2) The light was turned off several times (I remember exactly once during the day, once at night - more precisely, it was turned off many times that night - there is an unpleasant moment there that when the light turned off, some kind of alarm went off, and I had to listen to it for half the night). But in general, it is difficult to judge about daily outages, because there were rarely and few people in the room. And in general, blackouts are a property of the whole of Feodosia. There was a day when there was no light on the embankment for 30-40 minutes, so it’s not worth putting this in a claim to the hotel.

3) Nutrition. Well, it’s generally difficult for me to evaluate it somehow, because I myself am very picky in this regard, so I myself ate there only the first day, my girlfriend usually had breakfast there, sometimes she dined. As for the high cost of breakfasts / lunches / dinners, I will not judge, but the fact that every small thing like chocolate bars is sold there with an indecent markup - I can say this with complete confidence.
4) The beach is ideal for families with children. About 10-15 meters the depth does not exceed half a meter. But for a person who does not know how to swim well, it is very inconvenient - in the "paddling pool" the depth is small, and behind the bridge - already with his head.
5) Staff - we met with the cleaning lady literally once or twice and there were absolutely no complaints/problems against her. It somehow didn’t occur to me to go and check the availability of sanitary books from the cooks, the owner’s daughter is in charge of the canteen - a pleasant-looking, but a little rude woman (moreover, rudeness is precisely a trait of character, and not some kind of hostility towards vacationers, as it seemed to me). There were no conflicts with the hostess herself either - we did not touch her, she did not touch us, and both parties were satisfied with this.
6) Location. Here I must state with full responsibility that for a person without a car the boarding house is located very inconveniently. There are no shops/markets within walking distance. To leave from there even by taxi, already from the middle of the day is unrealistic. A trip by minibus is a real hell. A small crowded bus, 30-degree heat and a 20-25 minute drive to the embankment - you can imagine that after this, after getting off the bus, you no longer want to go somewhere, and your mood can deteriorate greatly. We traveled back from the city exclusively by taxi - the buses no longer ran.

7) Theodosia herself did not like it. There is no zest in it. Just like there is no normal place where you can eat delicious food. For 10 days, many cafes / restaurants crawled out. And "Veles", and "Arcadia" (a separate fi there for dancers and dancers), and "Golden Fleece", and a bunch of all sorts of establishments... and there has never been a desire to return there again. Separately, I want to note one cafe - I don’t remember the exact name (“Genoa” or something) - it looks nice, two-story, but at the same time in the midst (7-8 pm) one waiter ran to the whole two-story hall, who, respectively, with I could not cope with such a load - I confused everything, forgot the order, and carried it for a very long time...
