1. The first minus refers to the city of Feodosia and crosses out all the pluses, even if you find them. This is a sewer that flows into the sea. I saw (and smelled! ) it in two places right on the beach.
2. We rested together with a child (14 nights), paid 71 thousand rubles for the tour. (flight from Chelyabinsk and back, transfer from Simferopol to Feodosia and back, accommodation, three meals a day). For this money it was possible to completely relax in Egypt or Turkey on an all-inclusive basis. And do not pay extra at every step for "mom, I'm thirsty" (kvass 50 rubles, milkshake 100 rubles), "mom, buy ice cream" (50 rubles for 1 ball), for a cup of coffee (100 - 150 rubles . ) etc.
3. For the money we paid, we received: accommodation in a "barn", boorish attitude of maids and attendants, indifference of a doctor and masseur, scandals on the beach due to sun loungers, lack of cleaning in the room, theft in neighboring rooms and, as a result, constant anxiety about their valuables and documents.

4. We lived in building number 8. Old and tattered - just everything! The room has dusty pillows and bedspreads, old linens and towels. The toilets don't flush well, the tile has fallen off, and no one is repairing it. Doors, locks, windows - everything is kept on parole. Five days after our arrival, three rooms in our building were robbed!! ! They stole money, phones, passports, it was painful to look at the injured people. It happened early in the morning. Where was the attendant at that time, what was she doing? The door to the building must be closed at night. How did the thieves get in? I address these questions to the management of the sanatorium. After these thefts, I lost my peace, slept in an embrace with documents, money and a phone, I was afraid to leave anything valuable in the room. The sanatorium offers safes in the administrative building. But! The distance from our building to the administrative building is half a kilometer!! ! I left the phone in the safe, I wanted to call and you run half a kilometer there, half a kilometer back...
5. The maid in a raised tone made me remarks that sand was poured from my slippers on the floor in the corridor: "Can't you leave sand on the beach ?! ". At the exit from the beach, it was suggested to wash your feet in the following way. You take an old, battered plastic bottle (it’s disgusting to take it in your hands! ), You go back to the sea, collect water, return to the exit from the beach, wash your feet. If there is not enough water to wash off all the sand from your feet, repeat the procedure. Is it really impossible to throw a hose, as was organized on the beach of a neighboring hotel? This proposal is for the management of the sanatorium. And I suggest that the maid just do her job, namely to wash the floor! And not to bully vacationers with your remarks, the purpose of which is to make life easier for yourself and work less. By the way, from 07/16/2016 to 07/23/2016 our room was never cleaned!!!
6. The doctor did not bother to tell us about all the procedures that were available in the sanatorium. We could only ask her for what we knew about (salt cave, massages and inhalations). She kept silent about the rest, I believe that intentionally. There was no air conditioning in the massage room. The massage therapist was hot, so he turned on the fan, which blew directly on the patient's back. As a result, I blew out the very muscles on my back that he massaged! Question to the massage therapist: “If you are a professional, shouldn’t you be aware of such consequences of a fan blowing on the patient’s back? The question is the same for the management of the sanatorium.
7. I left an entry in the book of complaints and suggestions (07/21/2016), which still remains unanswered. In my opinion, a hotel manager who is interested in quality of service should start his day by reading this book and looking at reviews on the Internet about his hotel. Apparently, the Voskhod sanatorium is not going to change anything.

8. Conclusions that I made for myself. I will rest in those places and hotels where they will thank me for the sand that poured from my slippers. And if the paths to normal rest and quality service are blocked, I will rest at home, in the country, swim in a cold lake, but I won’t spend my hard-earned money on a shameful vacation in Crimea!! !
