Got it. For all 12 days. Back to the "scoop".
More:
Booked a deluxe room in advance. I asked where does the balcony go? On the sea and mountains was the answer. As a result, only to the back technical yard. Three balconies and all into the courtyard, where except for the buzzing lawn mower in the morning and the wild cries of local singers (from the nearest cafes) at night no one and nothing is visible. No, if you lift your head, you can see a piece of Mount Ai-Petri, that's all.
The room is disgustingly dirty and unkempt. Wallpaper with a black coating of dust, light carpet on the floor covered in spots, tiles in the bathroom are cracked and falling off in places. The shower stall has never seen brushes and scouring powder. Cabin doors kept falling off. The handle of the cold faucet in the shower fell off on the first day.

The provided dirty microwave oven in the room only worked on a whim. At times, even an open door did not stop her work. The refrigerator went out at night and came to consciousness in the morning by switching to another outlet when an unpleasant smell was noticed from it.
The hostel staff is extremely unfriendly. The cleaning lady got it by constantly breaking into the room in the morning with surprised eyes: why are you still in the room? At the same time, it was extremely difficult for her to understand what she needed. The fact is that she never intended to clean the room. Dusty window sills, shelves, mirrors, dirt on the floor remained after her departure. Putting toilet paper and new soap was out of the blue. Only after a reminder of their duties, with the air of an offended lady, an exception was made for us and was assigned to the place, on the penultimate day of rest, a roll of toilet paper.
Bedding and towels were only changed after a reminder for 7 days stay.
The sofa in the living room was falling apart - they were afraid to touch it. The mattress in the bedroom creaked, hunched over and cursed when they lay down on it.
A small TV set of an unknown breed, the price of which on a market day is 400 hryvnias, showed 10 programs and not one that broadcast matches of the World Cup. I think that this was done on purpose so that all the fans would go to the local bar-club to watch football.
Walk far to the sea. Down from the mountain is still nothing, but back - along the steep slope of 500 meters it's hard. Although it was possible to use the services of the elevator of the sanatorium "Ukraine", but this lift did not work regularly, by the hour and did not fit into our daily routine. Beaches are better at "Marat", but this year the contract was concluded only with "Ukraine".
A couple of bright spots - animation and swimming pool. The child liked it and he disappeared for days around the pool.
There were a lot of people at the pool in sunny weather, not everyone seemed to want to crawl far to the beach. But even here a fly in the ointment crept in: when the sea was stormy for a couple of days, the boarding house management decided to clean the pool. Water was lowered and collected for 3 days.

I do not advise you to go. There is always a choice of good hotels.
