The hotel is good, the girls at the reception are just smart, especially Snezhana... A positive person, you see her - the mood rises. Here is the owner, a little rude uncle, we witnessed (more precisely, listeners) several times how he communicated with the staff - it was unpleasant, because you can find out business issues not in the presence of guests). We lived in a separate cottage, on the first floor, a superior room. We really liked the room itself, spacious, bright, comfortable, good new furniture, air conditioning, large TV set, satellite TV, however, there are a lot of channels, but there is nothing to watch. There are a couple of good Russian channels, only 1 + 1 and Inter found Ukrainian ones, the child was zombified by Italian cartoons (however, it didn’t bother him : ) A huge plus is the presence of a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, for this great respect to the owner! The hotel area is small but well maintained. As many have already written: the infrastructure is well developed - shops, transport, the sea, the cable car - everything is at hand.
Now about what I didn’t like: our room was not cleaned every day, sometimes even once every 3 days. Maria, who cleaned the room, is a good woman, I have nothing against her, but I didn’t like the fact that she kept asking whether we should clean or take out the garbage. In my opinion, and without question, it is clear what is needed. And now I will explain why. The biggest minus that overshadowed our vacation is the presence of uninvited neighbors... ants, they really got sick. if you accidentally dropped sweet tea somewhere and didn't notice it, that's it. . . I was in such shock one morning!! ! at the weekend they didn’t take our trash away, and the toilet turned into an anthill, there were sooooo many of them!!! ! I had to take out the garbage myself and collect these insects with a rag, because. the service staff had a day off. Then these "animals" settled throughout the room, in closets, in short, everywhere you look - ants are everywhere. Comrades, well, you need to somehow fight this, now it’s full of all kinds of chemistry, the cracks can be patched up with something... I’m already silent about the worms that periodically crawled out from under the shower cabin and the caterpillars on the balcony that parachuted from the oak, growing dangerously close : )
We didn't order food at Silvera, and thank God, to be honest, it was tasteless (not to say disgusting) and expensive. The only place where you can have a very tasty meal is the cafe "At the mother-in-law" (the hotel "Rubicon") I recommend it to everyone, especially if you are with children, then you are here, 2 playgrounds, a mini-zoo, they cook very tasty, it's not scary to give children. Speaking of children's entertainment, there is a playground on the territory of Ai-Todor, but honestly, it's a pitiful sight. I would like the administration to pay attention to this!

And so, in general, it’s even nothing, there were pleasant impressions (let’s forget about the ants), maybe we’ll come back here again!
