1. Very good location of Ai-Todor. There is everything you need in a 2-minute walk: fruits, cafes, cable car (my children really liked), shops, an exchange office and an ATM
2. Excellent work of the staff, the girls at the reception are polite, attentive, especially Natasha, like the sun, always greets vacationers with a smile, for which many thanks to her!
2. Animation - Dima and Sonya are smart! The work is very hard to entertain people, but they are always in a good mood, they find a common language with both adults and children.
3. Housekeeping - "5". Our maid Luba deserves an award for her hard work. Everything that I would not ask, she helped everyone, and again smiling, it was very pleasant for us to relax with such service.

And the second point - food is rather weak. The breakfasts are good, and after dinner I had to take the children to the cafe to "feed up". But this is my subjective opinion regarding nutrition. Maybe we are especially gluttonous)) Someone just had enough. In general, the rating of the hotel is good. I can advise others to relax in the Crimea in this hotel and my conscience will not torment me!
