It is clean, the staff is friendly, the pool is clean and well maintained, there is a room with a multi-simulator (simple), a good treadmill and an exercise bike. The beach is pebbly and clean. The sea is very clean. There is a cable car to the sea (to get into old trailers on the go), and you can walk downhill, the same time.
We took a comprehensive 3 meals a day for 3 adults, enough for the three of us and a two-year-old, we were satisfied. The food is standard - meat-garnish-salad-pastries, fruits, not a buffet, but tasty and varied. Delicious food cooked to order too.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.
Bed linen is great : )
Two comments - balconies with too wide distances between the railings (according to GOST 25772-83 db no more than 11 cm, if my sclerosis does not change me, and down there (! ) About 30 cm - a child, slipping on a tile, will calmly fly out ), and an often non-working elevator: both require modernization.

Animation. There are activities all day - water polo, basketball, children's dancing, gymnastics and a bunch of everything. It was interesting for both the baby and the teenager.
When my husband cut his leg, within a minute (! ) the animators brought peroxide, an antiseptic, plaster and ice and treated the cut, they were just smart.
Minus (not a hotel, but a place) - not very expensive to the sea, three trash cans along the way, some kind of drain on the stairs (storm drain? ), But it was not very annoying, they were treated with humor.
We got by taxi for 420 UAH. from Simferopol, the taxi driver met on the platform with a sign, very convenient.
Great place to stay with kids.
