Rested at the hotel from 15 to 29 July. We stayed in standard north rooms. We lived on the second floor, our friends - on the third. The rooms are small, especially if with extra. place, but we did not come to sit in the room.
I'll start with the merits. 1. Friendly staff, excellent children's animation. 2. There are no problems with food: they cook quite tasty in the restaurants "Silver" and "At the mother-in-law". We tried to eat in the dining room above the mini-market, but we saw that fresh products interfere with stale products (by the way, we came across stale dishes), we didn’t go there anymore. 3. The sea is super, very clean and warm, but the beach (as already noted by everyone) is extremely small. 4. Close to all major attractions. True, the buses are overcrowded, people are sweating.
In general, this hotel is the best combination of price and quality.

Of the shortcomings, in addition to a small beach, one can note the complete absence of a walking area. Marat is closed from all sides, you can’t walk in Gaspra. We went to the park of the sanatorium "Ukraine" and to Miskhor. I would also like to mention the maids, but in different ways. On the second floor, our maid Valentina worked perfectly, the room was cleaned every day, the linen was changed on time. Thank her very much. But on the third floor, our friends found out almost every day that the maid was not in the room, the garbage was not taken out, the linen was not changed on time. I had to go to the reception and ask to stimulate her to fulfill her duties.
But overall we had a good rest. Thanks everyone!
