Sanatorium "Dnepr" (Gaspra) from May 20.2012 for 2 weeks
Accommodation. Standard double room in building 5 with windows to the north. Unfortunately we had 1 floor. Unfortunately, because at the end of May it was cool. Accordingly, it was cool in the room, very cold floor. In my opinion, the sun never looks at the north side of the hull. At least 1 floor.
In the room: 2 single beds, 1 armchair-bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 chairs, a desk, a TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a mirror, a pencil case in the room and a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway, a clothes dryer, a lot of hangers, a carafe and 2 glasses, bottle opener. There are warm blankets in the closet in the hallway. No hair dryer or electric kettle.
In the bathroom: a shower cubicle, a basin and a ladle (toilet paper and 2 small bars of soap lay upon check-in). They provide 3 towels per person.

Cleaning. Cleaning is daily, at least the trash was taken out daily. Wet cleaning in 14 days was noticed 1 time at the end of the first week. Linen and towels were also changed at the end of the first week. Toilet paper, when it ran out, was put at my request.
Nutrition. Custom breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, in all likelihood, there will be a buffet (the equipment for the line is already installed). For breakfast: appetizer, salad, main course, porridge, tea. As an appetizer, for example, butter and cheese or butter and red caviar (for 1 sandwich). For lunch: salad, first course, second course, compote, fruit. For 14 days there were only apples and at the end of the stay in the sanatorium they were given a banana. For dinner: appetizer/salad, main course, porridge, tea. Also a bun and kefir in the package (this is an afternoon snack). Porridges are edible, but watery. Meat and fish dishes are delicious. Soups - so-so, liquid. Borscht, hodgepodge - quite edible. Sometimes children were also given waffles or cakes in a package, sweets, juice.
Territory, park. The park is the highlight of the resort. The park at one time (100 years ago) was divided into landscape design, therefore, despite the fact that it has grown and lost its former panorama, it remains unusually attractive. By the way, in comparison with the neighboring sanatoriums ("Pearl", "Ukraine") there is a big difference. There are not parks, but Soviet pioneer plantings.
There is a playground, but the old Soviet model. 2 iron slides, 2 sandboxes, iron ladders and 2 up and down swings.
On the territory of the sanatorium there is a cafe "Kharaks" and a restaurant "Princess Kitchen". We didn’t go to the first one (in the evenings, live music was heard from there), and the second one is very cozy and tasty.
Beach. Long coastline divided into segments by breakwaters. 2 levels. The upper level is a concrete embankment. The lower level is a pebble beach near the water. Sheds at both levels were only installed/repaired at the end of May. Changing rooms were also installed. There are toilets, but I'm not sure if they worked (we didn't go in). Plastic sunbeds - paid. The water and the pebble beach are clean.

Cafes on the beach promenade: "Romanovsky Buffet" (on the territory of the embankment of the sanatorium "Dnepr") and "Tea House" (on the territory of the embankment of the sanatorium "Ukraine") and some others. In the "Tea House" everything is really delicious.
In "Romanovsky Buffet", judging by the reviews of our table neighbors, they also cook delicious food, especially fish. Although I didn’t like pancakes with strawberries and ice cream (the only thing we tried) (similar food in the Tea House tastes much better).
Animation, leisure. As they say, unobtrusive, both for children and adults. Although every day is scheduled, like on Monday - a disco, on Tuesday - karaoke, and on Wednesday - a movie, etc. We watched the entire series of cartoons about Masha and the Bear once, once the child sang karaoke (well, only children and teenagers were active there). On June 1, animators were invited and at the end of the holiday children were given pieces of a festive cake.
Every breakfast, lunch and dinner on the 1st floor in the dining room is recorded by a special aunt for excursions (paid, of course). We centrally visited the Livadia Palace, the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, the Miracle Donkey farm (we made a trip on donkeys), the dolphinarium in Partenit with a guide.
We went to the Swallow's Nest on our own (through the neighboring sanatorium "Zhemchuzhina" according to the sanatorium book "Dnepr"), went to the Vorontsov Palace and Park, the Skazka Zoo (100 gr. - adult entrance ticket, 50 gr. - children) and Glade of fairy tales ( Baba Yaga there, indeed, does not climb into her pocket for a word), to Yalta on the embankment.
Every Tuesday and Friday, free tours are held around the territory of the sanatorium: one tells about the ancient Roman fortress "Charax", and the second tells about the estate of the Grand Duke "Charax", well, and about its former inhabitants. All this is located on the territory of the sanatorium (the main part of the fortress is mothballed in the ground, though). I think it's very interesting (we listened with pleasure).

Treatment. We treated the type of nasopharynx in a child. The doctor takes in the building on the 1st floor. She prescribed electrophoresis for the child, inhalations with aminocaproic acid, a visit to the salt cave. Every morning and evening, the nurse on duty in the building buried the nose of the child, in the evening they also performed a procedure in the building - irradiation with KUV.
Then we went to the ENT doctor. She added a nasal wash (cuckoo) to us. Plus, the child was also assigned to drink mineral water, an oxygen cocktail, and bathe in a bath with tea tree oil. I was assigned about the same. I refused the pool and Chinese gymnastics. They did not stutter about the massage, although we were entitled to 10 free procedures each.
In May, there were no queues, at least for our simple procedures. True, before starting to visit the salt cave and baths, we had to wait two days.
I made myself an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity - I paid 280 rubles (70 hryvnias), I had been going for a long time, but I didn’t have time all the time.
In general, I liked everything, I would like to come here again.
