We stayed in July 2015. They were very satisfied. Wonderful room with terrace and sea view. Clean and comfortable, like at home. The room has air conditioning, cleaning, linen change. In general, everything is like in a hotel. Very good and clean kitchen. The location of the guest house is excellent - all attractions are nearby, within walking distance as they say. Everything is nearby - transport, market, shops, beach. Yes, the location is for active people who are not afraid to walk and move. Not for lazy people who are spoiled by hotels with access from the room directly to the sea. But that's the beauty of Gaspra. While moving around the village, enjoy the wonderful air. The hosts are wonderful and sympathetic people who helped us out in a very difficult situation when a child got sick. They were very worried and called an ambulance at two in the morning. We will definitely return to the Forest Yards.
