We rested with a child in this hotel at the end of June for a promotion of 6 days + 1 in a Standard room. Such "impressions": on the territory of the hotel there are many old buildings that spoil the whole view, at the reception the staff does not know how to properly serve (I'm not even talking about politeness and friendliness), they are rude and in no hurry to serve customers, even if there is a queue and people are waiting for settlements with bags after the road; the standard rooms are terrible (even for a price of 540 UAH), the wallpaper is peeled off, there is some smell in the corridor, the elevator worked every other day, the bed is not the first freshness, only the bathroom is more than normal with toiletries; food - the first 3 days there were queues and you had to wait in the dining room for 10-15 minutes just to get to the buffet, then thank God they thought of introducing a schedule in three lines and this problem was solved, food for 3 balls (you can only eat cottage cheese casserole , milk porridge, milk drinks, coffee buns and fruits, everything that was fried (fish, zucchini, eggplant, chicken wings) and stewed (stew, cabbage) typical canteen tasteless and fatty food). Pros: a heated pool with a slide and children can swim in it at least all day, the cable car to the beach is very convenient and offers a beautiful panorama of the mountains and the sea, an excellent clean beach (although there were not always enough sunbeds if you came after 9:00.30, but by 12:00 they were released), good children's animation and a playground. Summary: not bad organized for children's leisure, but very low quality of service, poor rooms and food (the interior of the Soviet dining room also leaves much to be desired), a good pool and beach.
