We rested with a child at the hotel from June 21 to June 30, building 6 (room 607). In general, I consider the rest to be good. Thanks to all the hotel staff. I'll write what I didn't like.
1 I woke up twice at 5 am in the room there was a persistent smell of sewerage. The balcony closed with difficulty, I injured my finger and treated it for a week.
2Operation of the accommodation service. They start working in the morning 10-15 minutes later, gathering a line under the door. Yes, and they are not distinguished by courtesy. It seems that we came to rest for free and they do us a favor with their work.

3Dining room, or rather the organization of its work. The second line was closed all the time, apparently so that we would stand in line, remembering the "Soviet times". If you come to the beginning, you stand in line, you come to the end, you sit behind dirty tablecloths and run around the hall in search of forks, knives, napkins. If you tell the canteen workers they will take everything out for you, but for some reason they themselves do not see it. I liked the young people who cleaned the dishes, they tried. Did not like soups on the water. The young man at the entrance to the dining room (I think Andrei) was not distinguished by intelligence and politeness.
I liked the beach, the territory, the pool, the cable car, friendly staff, the nature of Crimea.
