Accommodation service: they didn’t even smile, they are indifferent and indifferent to guests both arriving and leaving. Checks and receipts are not issued. Be sure to take from the visitors a deposit for magnetic cards for the cable car 70 UAH, for some reason they give 60 UAH at the end of the holiday. And you can’t prove to them after that that they left 70 UAH as a pledge. Oh well, it's the little things in life. . .
Room: rested in building 5 on the 7th floor. Great view of the sea and pool. The room is not bad, good bed, TV, cable TV, many channels, hot water with good pressure around the clock, new plumbing and tiles, LG air conditioning. Regular refrigerator, set the temperature yourself. Of the minuses: old parquet on the floor, lazy maid on the floor, bed linen and towels for 10 days of rest has not changed even once. I had to buy toilet paper myself, since it was not realistic to interrogate such a trifle from the maid. An old ironing board on the floor, though with a new modern iron.

Housing: old on the outside, renovated in the 80s. Elevators are good, work without problems, go fast. The receptionists are polite women, they try to please, inform about upcoming events in the hotel, in general, well done. Internet works without problems, but only on the first floor.
Dining room: very good. On the first day of arrival, though, we decided to go for lunch at the advertised restaurant "At Teschi", but when we saw the prices, we decided to eat until the end of the holiday in Marat and not fool ourselves. For comparison: a plate of hodgepodge "At Mother-in-Law" (300gr) costs 40 UAH, a glass of compote 13 UAH, meat dishes from 50 UAH, side dishes from 30 UAH, the unfortunate three small pancakes 25 UAH, i. е. to have a normal lunch one adult needs at least 150-200 UAH, a child 100-150 UAH. in Marat the whole lunch (buffet) per adult 55 UAH per child 35 UAH. The food is certainly not exquisite but very tasty hearty and there is always a choice. "At Tescha" will carry the entire lunch for at least half an hour, although in Marat there are sometimes queues for a buffet, but no one will make you wait for hot dishes for half an hour.
Beach: there are two plus a vip card. Half of one of the beaches was leased to the Ai-Todor hotel and fenced off from the guests of Marat with a rope, which many Marat residents did not want to notice because of which there were then disagreements with the guards and guests of Ai-Todor. There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach and they are free. If you come right after breakfast or after dinner, there are always places. The sea is clean. Animation holds water aerobics every morning, but since there are large blocks of stones in the sea (you can’t just go in without special shoes), it was almost impossible for women to stand on the waves and stones for all water aerobics.
Cable car: of course, very convenient, but I had to write down the schedule, memorize it, ask other hotel guests, security guards and it was a little annoying. Moreover, such a headache with the schedule was not only for us, but also for almost the majority of the inhabitants of Marat.

Animation Entertainment: they try to create a mood, polite and friendly guys. The only negative is the place where the evening cartoon session is held near the fifth building, well, it really shines through there. Yes, and for 10 days only three cartoons on the same disc and in poor pirated quality. Is it really so difficult for children to download a selection of Disney cartoons from the Internet? And please solve the issue with sound, you can’t hear anything ! ! When evening programs for adults with music and dancing begin in Sirena, the children frankly get bored near the TV with the same cartoons in poor quality and quiet sound. then the parents and the porter join in, as a result, the children are not interested and they run around the restaurant along the corridors of the hotel along the corridors of the floors and create noise and din.
Security: strict but polite.
Pool: 5+. At any time, you can freely find sun loungers and comfortably sit either in the sun or under a canopy.
Territory: small, everything is bought out and built up with private property, it's sad. Small playground. Lots of dogs and cats.
Evening entertainment: every evening in the restaurant "Sirena" parties and discos. Live music. A vivid impression remained from AQUAPARTY. Dance theater in colorful costumes, synchronized swimming water ballet, an interesting presenter, chic fireworks.
In general, the impressions of the rest were good. They tried not to pay attention to the little things, as they say, nothing is perfect...
