The room has a refrigerator, TV, dressing table, two beds, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with shower. Water around the clock with great pressure, but hot until 9-00. There were not many people in the building, it was not the season, so there was enough hot water with the boilers turned off until midnight. On the balcony there is a wooden armchair and a sun lounger. Two can easily accommodate on the balcony for the night, the area allows. The balconies in the building face east and west. In my room on the west side, so after 15-00 heat. The room has air conditioning - rent 25 UAH per day. I didn’t quite understand how the use of the air conditioner is monitored, because after receiving the remote control, you can use it for two numbers. The room was cleaned every day, but the towels were never changed for 7 days (4 towels per person). In general, the room is not luxury, but for a good rest there is everything you need.

On the territory of the sanatorium there is a dining room, with a cinema hall on the ground floor. Meals, as in all sanatoriums, are dietary, it is possible to order specific dishes from the menu. The waiters are courteous, there were no conflicts. The placement of a table with sliced ​ ​ bread (or donuts for borscht) in the center of the dining room, as well as a container with boiling water, is rather inconvenient. On the ground floor of the dining room, excursions are offered, and peddlers are all kinds of "native" goods.
There are two swimming pools, a larger one for adults and a small paddling pool. Of the procedures, I preferred massage, there was not enough free time. Somewhat expensive, but a girl from Kirovograd - Yulia, did her job well.
On the territory there is a cafe where you can take doping and eat sad from the sanatorium food. The prices, let me tell you, seemed a bit overpriced to me. In the evening, Uncle Tolya gives a class on saxophone, like live music.
For motorists there is a parking lot where you can place about 20 cars. There is a convenient entrance to the territory.
The calling card of the sanatorium, like the South Coast, is "Swallow's Nest". From the observation decks of the sanatorium there are wonderful views of this pearl of Crimea. On the territory of a good well-groomed park with rare plants, the park goes down to the very footbridge to the Swallow. There are a dozen places in the park where you can relax in seclusion. True, benches and other means of accommodation have probably remained since the times of the USSR and look rather pathetic. Named plants are planted in the park. It is advertised that for 100-200 hryvnias you can plant a plant (tree, shrub) in the park, under which a sign with information about the "donor" will be installed. I also decided to plant a tree - there will be a reason to return. Wherever they sent, and to the secretary of the head physician and to the accounting department and to the gardener and to various attendants, until they finally cooled me off with this idea. It can be seen that sponsors' funds are not needed for the development of the park.

You can get to the beach by going down to the sea on an elevator, the shaft of which is punched into the rock. The depth of the mine is about 70 meters, the tunnel to the beach is about 90 meters. There is a pleasant coolness in the tunnel, overheating on the beach, it feels great, in the middle of the tunnel there is a place to rest where you can sit down for a while. The beach area is not large, four sections reclaimed from the rocks and the sea. It is interesting to look at the preserved old "road to the beach" from the time when there was no elevator - a path (with railings) winding like a snake along the rocks. I wonder what statements vacationers made when they got up from the beach. After 15-00 the sun leaves the beach for good until the next morning and it gets cold on the beach (in the off-season), in July this can be a definite plus. If you go to the pier to the very edge, then a beautiful view of the Swallow's Nest opens between the coastal cliff and the rock "Sail". On the beach there are massage rooms, a gym. There are several showers and changing rooms. You can’t do without sunbeds, there is no sand on the beach - pebbles. The elevator operates from 7:00 to 19:00.
Not far from the resort near a bus stop, there is a small shop. Be careful - not everything there can be eaten. A portable tray works nearby, they sell fruit. In 3-5 minutes you can walk to the descent to the Swallow's Nest, which has several cafes.
One feature I noticed (maybe not a pattern), the territory of the sanatorium is blown by the winds, it is always windy. After all, the sanatorium is located on the isthmus to Cape Ai-Todor. In May-June, it’s not always a topic, but at the height of the season, this is probably a plus.
After evaluating all the advantages and disadvantages of the sanatorium, I decided that with my family I would probably come to rest in Parus.
