Family vacation (two adults, two children) in August 2012. I draw the attention of those who are going to visit this institution that this is not a hotel, but a SANATORIUM. A sanatorium is not a place for rest, but a place for treatment. Therefore, if you are healthy, it is better to rest in a hotel or boarding house. As soon as we arrived, we realized what a mistake we had made. As in the best zombie films, hordes of patients with various ailments flock and come from all cities and villages of the post-Soviet space in order to "treat". And at the same time exchange with you my flora and energy : (
Pros:
A wonderful place, nature, wonderful Soviet architecture, a beautiful park.
Minuses:

Meals called "Swedish line" - a set of primitive and mostly non-edible dishes. Imagine you are walking along this Swedish line, and towards you is a pan of fried onions, a pan of mashed peas, a pan of barley porridge, a pan of stewed beets, trays of pies, the filling of which is the remains of breakfast (sausage cheese, the remains of an omelet, the remains of a casserole, in general everything that was not eaten for breakfast). Drinks: breakfast - a can of coffee, a can of tea, lunch - a can of rosehip broth, dried fruit compote, dinner - tea and cocoa. How did the Swedes not die out from such a "line"? All this splendor is absorbed by our suffering compatriots to the sounds of classical music in a huge Empire-style ballroom with a giant crystal chandelier. A separate story is the quality of washing cups and plates. Either there are few dishes in the sanatorium, or there are many vacationers, but the dishes do not have time to wash and dry, they only have time to "rinse", so the exchange of microflora with recovering compatriots is guaranteed : (.
Towels were not changed even once in a week, toilet paper was obtained from the maid. Room cleaning was carried out every day, but consisted only of vacuuming the floor. Toiletries are not available as such.
If you decide to relax in a sanatorium - stay in the first building - a beautiful view from the window and a toilet in the room. In the second building there are amenities - on the floor : ) Enjoy your stay.
