The hotel is located in a wonderful shady and green area.
Not far from the sea, 10-15 minutes at a calm pace.
The LUX room is large and spacious. In the middle of the room there is a large round table and a sofa.
In the room "LUX" - 2 light bulbs in the room are missing. Wardrobe in my opinion is too small or there are not enough hangers.
The "LUX" room has a small balcony overlooking the neighboring house and exit outside the hotel gate, where there is a constant shadow, so it's useless to dry swimming trunks and towels there.
There is a ceiling lamp on the balcony, but the light is not on there either, for that there is a brazier below, so that we would not forget the smell of barbecue while in the room in the evening.
The terrace is just wonderful, with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains.
A wonderful bathroom, in which the light bulb in the ceiling of the general light did not work either. The shower head was broken and the drain clogged. (repaired at our request)

Hot and cold water round the clock. Obviously good water filters.
The room is cleaned 1 time in 5 days, but the hotel staff does not have the keys to the room. Therefore, the staff should be asked to do cleaning when guests are in the room.
During the first cleaning, I asked for a second set of keys, but they told me that they did NOT have a HOTEL at all, but just a house where rooms were rented out, and there were no more keys.
On the 10th day, the staff forgot about cleaning or scored. After reminding, we left the keys, we did the cleaning. The bed and towels were not changed. Toilet paper was not supplied, the cobwebs in the corners were not removed.
To my question "Why didn't they change the bed and towels? " - I was reminded that they DO NOT have a HOTEL, and why change the bed with towels if we are leaving in 2 days.
There is a kitchen, so they can make a meal to order, but there is no menu or they simply didn’t offer it to us.
What we asked for was delicious.
It is very good that on each floor there is an ironing board, iron and trash can.
In general, there are pros and cons.
I really liked Gurzuf itself, a very beautiful and "green" village.
Meals are organized both in expensive establishments and in decent canteens.
