It was supposed to start on July 17, but on June 17 I received a notification in the mail that the sanatorium could not accept us, since the Breeze building had not been repaired. When I asked what we should do now, we had a vacation planned, tickets were bought, there was a calm answer that they were in the same situation. As a result, I found out that if you find housing in Gurzuf, then it will be possible to eat, be treated, use the beach and the park. I found accommodation, on the eve of arrival I called the sanatorium to confirm that we would come. In response, they told me that they were waiting. When we arrived at the admissions office, it turned out that no one was waiting for us and they had not even informed about us.

Many thanks to the administrator Olga, she took on the whole blow, thanks to her we were able to arrange food and a pass to enter the park and the beach.
The dining room is very beautiful, the halls are huge. From the staff of the dining room, we want to say thanks to the cooks (the food is ordinary without bells and whistles, but tasty, there was always fresh pastries), the waitress Anastasia, very fast, everything is clear, she responded to all requests kindly and, if possible, did everything.

I would like to note the work of the security of the sanatorium. Polite, friendly, attentive.

The beach at the resort is clean. Since we arrived on Saturday, we were issued white passes and therefore the staff did not let us go to the main beach, we spent the first 2 days on a paid beach, but when the books were issued, there were no more problems. There are lifeguards on the beach and they know their job well.

The work of the gardening service is surprising. How do they manage to maintain such a park without additional investments. Low bow to you for your work !!!!!

And the most important thing! Huge thanks to the doctors! With your attitude, professionalism, competence, you have nullified all the negativity from the sanatorium.
Thanks to all the medical staff, and in particular Astakhov Alexander Anatolyevich, Maxim Viktorovich, Nadezhda Ivanovna, Yulia Mikhailovna, Irina Stepanovna.

Now about the sore. For your money, you should not go to a sanatorium, it will be very disappointing. The management of the sanatorium does not work, they do not care about people.
The territory, buildings and the park are falling into disrepair, the medical base is outdated, the sanatorium alone cannot be extended.

We returned from Gurzufsky. I share my impressions. The impression is twofold. The place is literally amazing. The sanatorium itself is such a mixture of the last century and the present century. However, this is also the main thing, there is such a splendor of greenery around, and Gurzuf himself is so beautiful that a modest number can be accepted without problems. Good food in a chic stylish dining room. The beach is nearby. As a result, the place is wonderful, accommodation in a standard room is modest. Will we return? Rather yes. Gurzuf conquered and the people in the sanatorium are good.

And the photos of the rooms do not match what is actually there. All that remains of the sanatorium is an old park, which is being put in order, as paid excursions are given every day. The rest is in the "KILL" state. Rooms without (and this is in the midst of July-August). At least they provided fans or permanently attached the fan to the ceiling (it's cheaper). The elevator does not work, the stairs are steep, the rooms are stuffy, broken tiles, a dangling sink, a rusty toilet bowl, broken floors in places, bloody mattresses, pissed (forgive me for being direct), things left from the previous owners. I am already silent about shampoos, the number of towels according to the norm, bed linen change, safe or a place in a safe box, which was promised at check-in. How can you store money, documents and tickets in a room that can be opened with a “fingernail”, sorry. I myself asked to change the linen in the Riviera building on the 7th day? ! No one keeps track of the change of linen in the rooms. Any vacationer, having paid a lot of money, will estimate that the sanatorium, even on a budgetary basis, receives some money from the state anyway + constant paid excursions and services. There is also a large number of sold commercial vouchers, and the sanatorium accepts up to 500 people. All this brings to mind from the good old magazine "Wick": "WHERE IS THE MONEY ?! ". Is there really no money at all to equip the rooms at least minimally, according to the prices that are charged for them? Inaccuracy, stagnation and professional unsuitability in this sanatorium is evident! Vouchers on terms sell with an overlay. On the day of arrival, we were told in the dining room that people were still eating in our places. We were asked to come at another time until they leave. This lasted 2 days. Humiliating, isn't it? ! Of course, we ate what was left, and not by order, as it should be in the conditions of the tour. The service process is not well established at all. I can only say that herring with raisins or prunes or, for some reason, only a third of a fish cake (per person) were frequent guests on the table. How can you not be able to cook to such an extent? They didn't give us rations when we went on an excursion, although we asked in advance. The waiter answered: “People have already asked and they were given, but you didn’t have enough. ” And so 4 times. Rave! Sometimes there was a desire to send "REVIZORRO" to the sanatorium! Treatment here, as my grandson would say, is tough! Everything is at the level of aromatherapy, inhalation, etc. 5 sessions in 14 days? And they charge for treatment for each day. Until they were indignant, they could not even beat out standard physiotherapy procedures. In general, as the same “REVIZZORO” does not say: “I do not recommend the Gurzufsky sanatorium to you and put “2” in all respects.
A sign hangs on the sanatorium: "PRESIDENT'S ADMINISTRATION". Shame! You can’t take money for all this, especially more than 60.000 for two for 14 days. I will try to spread this letter on all Internet networks and maybe someone will seriously take care of the management of the sanatorium and its advertising department, which are engaged in cheating and deceiving customers. Stop blaming everything on Ukraine and rely on Russia. No matter how much you give, everything will go to waste. It’s a pity, the place is really historical and it is necessary to restore proper order in this economy, perhaps by changing the composition, which is used to sitting here for 40 years, “feeding from the sanatorium” and doing nothing at all.

Our room cost 8.000 rubles per day, for this it was supposed - 2 rooms, a bathroom, a balcony, a beach, three meals a day, a park. In order. In the rooms of repair, even cosmetic, there was not less than 20 years, wallpaper in a flower, in places peeled off, in places with drips, the handles on the doors were broken off. Cleaning seemed to be, but the garbage was not taken out every day, linen was changed 1 time in 15 days. It’s scary to go into the bathroom - the plumbing is terrible, the tiles on the walls are chipped, the latch on the door dangled on one screw. But that would be nothing if there was hot water, at least according to the schedule, as stated in the description. And most often in the evening, at that one hour when there should be water, it was not. When asked by the administrator: “Why is there no hot water? ” a worthy answer was received: “How not? There is! ". The plumber who came turned the taps for a long time and wondered why the water was not flowing. And so it was in a day. The balcony is good, large, with wicker furniture, but very shabby, the tiles on the walls are beaten off, the railings are peeled off, and the beautiful stone on the table just covered the hole in the tablecloth. There are no complaints about the beach, except that the pebbles on it are imported, pink and not yet rolled by the sea, so it’s impossible to walk barefoot on it. And so it’s clean, and if you come at 7 in the morning, you can take a sunbed in the shade. The food was in the dining room of extraordinary beauty, apparently, this is the only place where repairs were carried out. The portions are large, but the food is a little monotonous and there are very few vegetables. The park is very big and beautiful, but… As always, there is a “but”. Groomed. Half of the fountains don't work and are overgrown with grass and moss. The headlights are dirty. There is no toilet on site, you have to go to your room. More precisely, there is a toilet, but it has long been closed, as well as a pavilion with mineral water. And Ukrainian patriotism was very touching - all the inscriptions are in Ukrainian, even sanatorium books, and without duplication in Russian, and in the alley of arts the only bouquet of flowers stands in front of the monument to Lesya Ukrainka (neither Gorky nor Chaliapin deserved it). The verdict - Crimea is Crimea, but the air and the sea are not the merit of the sanatorium, so if you had to pay 2000 rubles per day for this vacation, maybe the review would have been better.

But I wanted to improve my health (COPD), because I heard a lot about the wonderful air of the South Coast, although I myself am from the Crimea.
Now in order. I paid not much for the ticket, only 30% of the cost, like many, but not all (! ). It cost me only 1500 UAH (approximately, I don’t remember exactly) for three weeks of a wonderful vacation. Maybe for 11 thousand UAH this is too expensive a vacation in such a place (I heard such a cost from some), but a person always has a choice...
The air is really wonderful, just some kind of cypress or cedar, in the first days you just want to eat it with spoons. The park is wonderful, maybe a little neglected, but it is very old! Everywhere is very clean, fountains and fountains throughout the sanatorium, a lot of shops where you can relax.
Medical base: I have nothing to compare with, I’ll say right away. But I was satisfied. Yes, the equipment is old, but this does not mean that it is inefficient! After the treatment, NEVER over the past six months, there were no asthma attacks that used to torment me at night... And as for what they prescribed, they didn’t, as some write, because there is a list of free procedures to which you are entitled. You can check it with the administrator. I did it in the reception building, maybe it’s possible somewhere else, I just don’t know.
Nutrition: I read that sick leave, bad, tasteless... Yes, different, many options. Well, I think, at the same time I will lose a little weight... Where is it! The food is very tasty. Portions are good and sufficient. Maybe not quite like in a restaurant, but this is a dining room after all. But you can always choose from the proposed list something to your liking. Wine, however, was not, but not really wanted. But there was red caviar, salmon, which is unlikely to be seen in the hospital. I can definitely compare with the hospital.
Accommodation and service: lived in the Breeze building in a double room; This is the only nine-story building on the territory. At first it was a little cool, but then they started to drown, and it became good. For a couple of days, the battery in the room did not warm up well, but my neighbor and I turned to the administrator downstairs, and on the same day everything was fixed.
The furniture is old, I agree, but everything is in good condition, including bedding. Cleaning took place regularly. True, not always qualitatively. But here it's just, as I understand it, it all depends on the maid. One cleans badly, the other just fine. As everywhere. Yes, toilet paper was one roll per check-in, but it's ridiculous for me to consider this a problem.
The promenade is very clean and comfortable, lots of shops.
If I get a chance, I will definitely go there again.

firstly, their heating season begins in December, it was much warmer outside than in the room;
the heat fan was issued after they wrote an application addressed to the deputy. director (it was not possible to agree otherwise) and he was old. I had to go to the store to buy a new heater, because it was terribly cold in the rooms; they went to bed in sweaters, while it was +18 outside;
Secondly, there were no special procedures there, the equipment is old;
Service in the dining room is slow (although everything here depends on the shift)
We had a ticket at a discount, in principle, it was worth the money, but for the full price it is better to relax elsewhere

He's paid by the way. bullshit treatment. Went once for inhalation, then fell ill with a cold. the devices are all VERY old, in short, if you want to be healthy, relax on the beach and breathe the air in the park. about excursions, don't be fooled by a man near a restaurant offering excursions, he is a little cheaper than anywhere else, but this is money thrown away. does not tell anything interesting, plus only the one that carries 8 people in a minibus. if you are not lazy, then you yourself will get everywhere, a minibus to Yalta costs 5 UAH. 8-10 minutes drive, you can get to the Massandra Palace and the Nikitsky Garden by it. although the tour in the garden costs 8 UAH. , but you won’t learn much there either, everywhere they want to fool a tourist, there is really an elite excursion - 150 UAH, they will tell you about each bush, the entrance to the garden is also paid about 25 UAH. per person. you can also get to aipetri from the bus station in yalta, you need to go up to the upper station and there you will see the right minibus, just go 40 minutes one way, climbing the mountain costs 50 UAH. one way. The last trailer leaves at 18-30 from the mountain. but you need to go there for the whole day, so go in the morning. what else to tell: there is entertainment for children, performances and show programs are brought to the sanatorium, lovers of chanson and humor will also be able to go to such a concert, a massage therapist on the beach sticks to young and not very girls, take care of your wives. if you like to read, you can go to the library, there are very good selections of books, there is everything, even women's magazines, it costs 50 hryvnia to use the library, this is a deposit, then they will return it to you. wine goes well, not far from the sanatorium there is a market and rows of shops, you will find everything there. just don’t buy home, it’s 2-3 hryvnia more expensive here, it’s not worth it to tear your hands to take it home. be sure to buy figs and red onions. figs are the most delicious yellow (honey) in season 30-50 UAH. per kilo. they also sell delicious cheese, it goes very well with wine. in a cafe on the waterfront to dine costs 600 hryvnia for 4 people: fish or cape, salad, champagne and beer, in short, so simple, not chic. you can visit the water area, even adults will like it, it costs from 40-100 riven entrance ticket. good rest for all. tune in to the positive. if you go at full price - it's not worth it, if at discounts - it's quite.

But what terrible numbers. So, about everything in order:
I was in October with a 5-year-old daughter on a mother and child FSS voucher. We were put in a small room 2*2 with a ceiling height of 5 meters - in the Chekhov building. They said that mothers with small children are given such numbers. We were such mothers and there were about 5 - indeed, everyone lived in the same rooms in Chekhov. The size of the room is not a problem - the furniture was more or less new, the mattress was orthopedic, the plumbing was not crap. Nuances: the toilet was 7 cm larger than the seat - it was extremely uncomfortable for the child to sit, the refrigerator was leaking all the time, the washbasin with a mixer from the shower - the child himself could not reach to turn on the water. Well, in general - the case is damp (okay, we make a discount for October), all in cracks and fungus. Clothes had to be dried on the public balcony, the condition of which leaves much to be desired. The hit of the season was that the hull was decided to be repaired. In the midst of our holiday, brave guys arrived with scaffolding, began to build them, accompanying all the action with obscene folklore. By the way, my daughter learned a lot of new words! Then they started sanding and painting the faç ade. Naturally, we were all indignant and went to knock out a new home for ourselves. We don’t have places for this epic, be patient, etc. I won’t retell. As a result, in Cormus Park, my daughter and I were given a 2-room airfield with 2 balconies, the area of u200bu200bwhich was larger than our supply room in Chekhovsky. So much unnecessary pathos: desk furniture, painting of 6-meter ceilings, everything is huge and uncomfortable. And what kind of plumbing - it was a bummer to stand even in slippers. The child took a trip to the toilet as a punishment - the stench of old and rotten pipes is still something! But the deputy director of the sanatorium has such an office - not all fashionable ones can afford it! It was also depressing that there were broken and dirty dishes in the canteen - sometimes it came across - this is in the pink room for mere mortals. It is inconvenient that hot water is provided by the hour - for the money that they row they could make an autonomous boiler room. It wouldn't hurt to upgrade the rooms. I would for my hard-earned money - NEVER!
