We rested in the Sea Breeze for the May holidays, the room is standard B. A wonderful place for tourists who are not spoiled by the service of multi-star hotels, for quite an adequate fee. Presentation photos correspond to reality. It can be said that there is no territory near the boarding house, but a wonderful mini-park has been created around the buildings. Peace, tranquility and bliss all around.
Although, I suppose that in the season, at full load, the boarding house is noisy and crowded.
The rooms are small, very basic but in fair condition. Towels and bed linen are ok. Household and plumbing work properly. Hot and cold water round the clock. There is no hair dryer in the room.

Everything in the dining room is very clean and tidy, the dishes are washed well. The food is simple (breakfast is included in the price, we had lunch and dinner there for an additional fee: lunch 50 UAH, dinner 40 UAH), no frills, but well cooked, portions for lunch are normal (even a lot for a woman), dinner is not enough for a man . Waiters serve: well done guys! There is no open terrace - the room is completely glazed.
I can’t say anything about the beach of the boarding house: since it’s not the season, we swam at the nearest one. In the room for each resident - a beach bag-mattress.
In general, if you do not climb under the bed in search of dust, do not sit in white trousers on the balcony without first wiping the chair with a damp cloth, etc. , you will have a great rest. If you look for flaws - they are always everywhere and there are many.
And one more thing, if the view from the window is important for you: from standard B in the main building there is a beautiful view of the mountains, but at the moment there is a construction site nearby and there is a parking lot here. Those. dusty and noisy.
