To begin with, before that, for 2 years in a row, my husband and I rested together in Greece and the hotels were higher in terms of stars, but they were not even close to the Crimean Alexandria! The hotel is simply gorgeous, shining cleanliness everywhere, friendly and very friendly staff, I I have never met in my entire life. We traveled with 3 small children. The hotel is generally well suited for this and there are a lot of families with children. The room was a 2-room apartment. The cleanliness was perfect (for us with a child who was still crawling, it was very important), the linen and towels were white. The bathroom has a complete set of accessories (hairdryer, toothbrushes and paste, combs, body cream, shampoo and shower gel in sufficient quantities in the dispenser, not just tiny bubbles. ). We had a room with a kitchen and 2 balconies, very well located. The kitchen has utensils (2 pots, a kettle, plates, forks, spoons, a bowl, a cutting board, a colander, cups, glasses, glasses). There are tables with chairs on the balcony. Children are provided for children. a crib, a chair, an arena, you can also take a stroller... We were at the beginning of September and, as I understood, there was no animation, as such. But there was an animator and the children were happy to sit and work with him in the game room, and also swam in the pool. I would like to express my deep gratitude to him (name is Ilya), because he is very responsible, looks after all the children very well, finds contact with everyone, just great! I could not go to the pool with them because of the little one, he watched my older children, after helping to dry off, brought towels. Children sat with him all their free time. In the evenings we watched cartoons in the cinema.
The pool and area around it is very clean, no chlorine is felt. All this is supervised by a very responsible worker. Towels are provided.
Restaurant. The breakfasts were a buffet. There is a choice, everything is delicious. Food was constantly served, so there was no shortage. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant sometimes, everything was delicious and I would say not expensive.

The territory of the hotel is small, but very well-groomed and beautiful. Katsiveli itself is a small village, there is nowhere to go there. There are a couple of shops and cafes. A beautiful park was closed for visiting. There is no baby food and a pharmacy - only in Simeiz, but it’s not a problem to get there. The bus stops right next to the hotel. We even went to Yalta. There is an excellent water park 500m from the hotel, but expensive.
The hotel has a lot of different entertainment, I will not write, everything is on the site.
The beach is next to the hotel, but a steep hill (small) leads to it, it was hard to climb back))). The beach is quite clean, pebbles, the sea and the bottom are also very clean, the bottom is gentle and beautiful. More along the line of the sea, we did not see where else you can swim, everywhere there are large stones.
In general, we are very satisfied with the rest, the only minus is far from the airport (we drove by car quite quickly and 2 hours). It was hard for the kids.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel! We liked it very much! The only wish is to add babysitting services to the services. We really missed it)))
