Two years in a row we rested in the Mini-hotel Usadba Troitskaya (Three Estates). For the first time absolutely everything arranged: silence, greenery, clear sea, tasty, but a little insatiable food. True, it’s decent to go to the sea and not at all along the shady vineyards at a walking pace. We pass a thin path downhill, then 40 steep steps, then - an iron staircase of a very steep temper and menacing appearance. My mother could not walk, she moved.
The second time we got in 2012, when the destruction of a nearby hotel began. The noise is constant, but this is not the fault of the Homestead owner. The food became a little poorer and, as it turned out later, it used to consist of semi-finished cutlet products. From the room in which we lived for 5 days, we were aggressively moved to another room only upon the fact of the arrival and desire of the young lady from France itself (and where do we get such kneeling before foreigners? ). In another room there were....bedbugs....Plus, a bum settled under the balcony, who howled all night. To the appeal to the owner Igor was the answer: he is harmless. As a result, I did not sleep at night, slept on the beach. What is the conclusion: the hotel is not bad, the rest is quiet (I don’t know what is happening with the construction site now), the sea is not 500 meters at a walking pace. Before settling in any hotel, evaluate the price-quality ratio and do not believe everything that is written on the official pages of hotels. Have a good rest!
