We rested with a child in a boarding house in mid-July. General impressions are mixed. Let's start with the staff: THANK YOU SO MUCH! If not for the attitude of the staff, then there would be positive impressions in general. I liked the sea (but this is not the merit of the boarding house) and the beach - there are always sun loungers, umbrellas and lifeguards will always help. Also for kids there are mini inflatable pools (for free! ) And all sorts of toys for the beach that you can take from the lifeguards. Also of the pluses is a playground, in the evening a large inflatable trampoline. Administration pay attention to the numbers! They stink terribly! And everyone with whom they talked had one problem - the smell in the room was nauseating! Food. . . everything seems to be there and meat and fish and salads. . . But the very kind of dishes - how they cook for piglets! After wandering around the dining room several times, we went to a cafe outside the boarding house. During lunch there is neither coffee nor milk, although as for milk, it was not always available for breakfast either (as the sweet girl answered “not provided”. I was sincerely sorry for her, since apparently I was not the first who was interested, and she had to take a nap! ). There is not even an elementary carafe or water cooler in the dining room! Put it on please! Children have nothing to dilute tea with and not all people drink compotes and juices. There is no microwave, so warming up a baby bottle will not work either! Also, in order to find food, you will have to try and run around 2 halls! Where the menu is often different. Animators are a nightmare! They walk as if they were restless - they don’t greet, they don’t smile, activity is 0! On the beach, the guests of the boarding house (! ) Called the animators to play volleyball, and they sat and sharpened their hair in the rescue room! And they answered "No, it's very hot today! " Haven't seen this anywhere else! At the children's disco, the animator's girl (Sonya) just wanted to shake! We thought she would fall asleep! Works on "get off me". And so every evening. Such an animator should not work with children! And most importantly (! ) You have an insanely beautiful and large area, build a pool! When the sea is stormy, there is nothing to do at all! YES and nothing to do at all! No evening program! Eat and go to sleep! The site says about the shopping center, they lie! 3 shops and a hairdresser. The store does not always even have water. I’m generally silent about the pharmacy, the closest one in Kerch. So bring your medicines with you! BUT what angered me the most (I understand that summer, holidays and local residents who work in this boarding house often have to take their children with them to work) - minors should not be behind the counter in a bar! And even more so, to sell something, even if “mom is around the corner” or “it’s right now” As for the return, I think that the price does not match the quality at all (the room cost us 4800 per day for 1 adult and 1 child 5 years old) so we're not here anymore!
