Serious construction work is underway on the territory of the dacha itself - a new hotel is being built right next to the cottage (seven meters away), so that the sounds of a working power tool from dawn to dusk. Near the "Villa" is also an extension of additional rooms. Behind the summer houses they made a garbage dump - by the way, this is not the first year - how embarrassing for the director and his wife ?? ? Staff and honey. the dacha workers are wonderful and very friendly, which cannot be said at all about the director and his wife (who live here, by the way) - constantly with a sour "mine", it feels like you are resting at their expense, all questions and requests are answered, to put it mildly, reluctantly and dryly In short, the management is lousy. The beach in the vouchers is declared "Respect Hall", but in fact the "Warrior" beach is used, of which only one of the two sections is suitable for swimming (100 meters for three sanatoriums !!! ). The beach opens from 8 in the morning, which is very inconvenient for morning procedures and swimming, although nearby Ai Petri beaches open from 7.00.
Prior to the knowledge of vacationers, the cost of your vouchers includes procedures at the rate of 20 UAH. per day, so instead of swallowing "fortified" teas, you can freely demand recalculation for a massage, the same applies to "dry rations" for those leaving - the management is hushed up (it's a pity, or something) !!!
The food is excellent and a lot, one drawback - we could diversify the table with berries and fruits for our money, and not feed New Year's oranges (by the end of the holiday, half the refrigerator had accumulated) and all cucumber salads !!!

But in general, if you "score" all the inconveniences, the place is cool. But you need to demand your own.
