Despite the fact that before that I called the administrator and they told me that a statement was enough, the administrator demanded to pay the full cost of the ticket for the child. After a long communication with intermediaries and our non-settlement (the child wanted to sleep and eat), we were nevertheless placed. Then for two days they fooled us about the arrival of my husband instead of me for 5 days. With two paid vouchers for us, for some reason, they wanted to earn money. The payment option as for an extra bed (husband sharing with the child) was not considered, they demanded payment of the full cost of the voucher. As a result, we stayed instead of paid 2 tours for 10 days, together with a child for 5 days. I especially want to note the incompetence of the administrator and the disrespectful attitude of the management. Due to the negligence of the administrator, we went for tickets only on the third day and, accordingly, could not get a ticket for a later date, we also had to hand over my husband’s ticket, even on the issue of purchasing tickets for the Simeiz-Simferopol bus, she could not give accurate information, and if we didn’t go to the bus station (30 min. walk) and didn’t find out that the bus didn’t even call at that time, then we would just lose 90 UAH again. on tickets and missed the train. In short, these five days were like an endless nightmare! For all the time of the so-called rest, the administration was not interested in our difficulties, they did not recognize us by sight and did not even greet us (despite the fact that a maximum of 8 people rested with us). The only exception is the restaurant and its staff, many thanks to them! The beauties of the Crimea and in particular the Lower Miskhor (Koreiz) for 5 days of running around and showdowns, I simply did not notice. I will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone!
