At the beginning, the boarding house seemed pretty decent, in general, there are no complaints about the conditions. BUT! The staff of this boarding house is distinguished by swine behavior, heartless attitude and simply dishonesty. The boarding house states that children are accepted from any age. My friend and I came with children 2 and 2.5 years old. They treated us (I mean the staff) with extreme annoyance and displeasure, despite the fact that we always tried to monitor the children so that they behave as best as possible. The pool there is paid, the price includes 1 hour of using the pool, jacuzzi, etc. We spent only half an hour in the pool, after that, under the pretext of repairing the jacuzzi, the rest of the entertainment was turned off. For some reason, they did not consider it necessary to warn us about the upcoming repair, when we paid for the pool, they also did not consider it necessary to apologize. But this is true, the flowers are completely insignificant, the berries were later.
On the fourth day of rest, 1 child fell ill with a high temperature, which was very difficult and for a long time to go astray, and vomiting. It turned out that the position of a nurse in a boarding house is combined by a CLEANING WOMAN!!! ! Whose knowledge of medicine turned out to be very insignificant. On the third day of illness, to our horror, our thermometer broke late in the evening, there was nowhere to buy a new one, since the pharmacy in the village of Kurortnoye opens only after 20.06. They gave us a thermometer, but with an extremely dissatisfied mine on their face and every 5 minutes they came to pick it up, not paying attention to the fact that the temperature did not drop for several hours and the maximum was reached at night. Thank God, the ambulance we called left us her thermometer! Boiled water was also denied to us!
And in the course of all these events, the administrator showed up in our room, who said that she was mistaken and the next morning we had to get out of the boarding house before 10 am! Moreover, she did not pay attention to our requests to postpone this conversation until a later time, when the child finally had a fever. She also did not make any attempts to resolve the situation, for example, by offering us to rent a room for another day or more, so as not to pull the sick child. When we moved to the private sector the next morning, the administrator with an annoyed mine on her face burst into our room to count the towels! I have never seen this anywhere. Neither "goodbye" nor any help was said or provided to us. The review may seem chaotic, confusing, but this is due to the fact that it concerns a child, and children are clearly hated there and are perceived only as external irritants.
