The hotel was booked with a coupon from Vygoda. The overall impression is below average. We chose a deluxe room, but it can be assessed as a room with an improved layout. When choosing a hotel in the description, it was indicated that the "Suite" has two rooms, a balcony overlooking the pool. At the same place, there is nothing like that, they provided a one-room number, without a balcony, citing that all the "suites" are one-room. When asking the administrator why everything is so, I could not hear anything intelligible. Cleanliness in the rooms is maintained at an average level, you can’t say they won’t clean it, although daily cleaning is stated. There was a problem with a leak in the shower room, after informing the administrator, the problem was solved. Internet wi-fi is just terrible, there is simply no wi-fi in the room, although it is stated in the description.
Food in the cafe at the base is disgusting and expensive, the menu is primitive and meager, the food is tasteless.
The entire staff is unfriendly, unwell, feeling like they haven't been paid for 3 months, so they don't give a damn about you.
