The area is landscaped and clean. Location - very close to the sea, the center and the embankment of Yalta -10 minutes along the sea through the park. At the same time away from the city bustle and noise. The room has everything you need, bathrobes, towels, etc. do not regret. Gorgeous sea view from the room.
The staff is friendly and efficient, which I really liked.
Delicious breakfasts with fresh products. It is not very convenient that in the off-season until June 1, only breakfast is included in the room rate, and the rest of the meals (lunch, dinner, etc. ) are from the menu in the restaurant... (in the restaurant, prices are average for Yalta, there is a vegetarian menu).
I will note the Spa center, baths pleased, jacuzzi, Sea water pool - large, clean (shoes for the pool and baths - you need to take your own).
They were satisfied.

We went on the recommendation of friends to the Livayskiy hotel. It was a wonderful holiday. Cozy hotel, incredibly friendly staff. I love the hammam, here the SPA is included in the price, so every morning there is a pool and saunas. Sea water pool temperature ideal for swimming, warm, not hot.
Thanks for the breakfasts. But beware, it's so tasty and the view from the restaurant is so mesmerizing that you can easily get extra centimeters))
I was very pleased with the road to the Embankment, in a straight line, which is very rare for Yalta, 15 minutes walk along the sea. And most importantly, there is no road nearby, this is an exclusively pedestrian zone!

We rest in Livadia in the "off-season" (October-April) for 4 days since 2014, already 50 days in total. The hotel itself - location, building, design, infrastructure, service - CLASS! But the food this year has become unworthy of SUCH a hotel: the choice of dishes does not match the name of the buffet, the quality has become “not an arc”: what is left from yesterday (or the day before yesterday (even fried eggs) is heated in the “microwave oven”, like a “sole”. … More ▾ We rest in Livadia in the "off-season" (October-April) for 4 days since 2014, already 50 days in total. But the food this year has become unworthy of SUCH a hotel:
the choice of dishes does not match the name of the buffet,
the quality has become “not an arc”: what is left from yesterday (or the day before yesterday (even fried eggs) is heated in the “microwave oven”, like a “sole”. Sausage and “ham” cuts of low quality, baked dishes are not in stock.
The menu of the restaurant is too "pretentious", there are no usual classic dishes, at least a simple chop of meat, chicken, beef stroganoff.
In general, the food does not correspond to the level of the hotel.

We live in room 311, paid extra for this room to have a beautiful view. Standard room - comfort. The view is really amazing if you look into the distance and do not pay attention to the embankment on which the local eateries are located. We did not have to rejoice for long when at 7 in the morning such a creak began from tables and chairs fidgeting on the floor, from which it is simply not possible to sleep! The problem is that there is a dining room above the room and from 7 am the noise in the room is unreal! No soundproofing whatsoever! Considering that they feed here 4 times a day in the room, it’s not realistic to sleep at all! The dining room is rattling all the time! We contacted the reception to change the room for us, to which we were told that there were no rooms available.
In addition to this noise below, right under the balcony there is a barbecue, the smoke from the chimney of which pours directly onto the balcony and, accordingly, into the room!
I can’t say that the location of the hotel is completely bad, it seems far from the bustle of the city, but to find a grocery store you need to either go uphill for half an hour (there is a small shop there), or take a taxi and go to the city, because there is nothing like that nearby.
Down on the embankment there are dubious cafes (if you can call them that) in which to eat, to put it mildly, is life-threatening. Complete unsanitary!
The hotel has a restaurant, but the price tag is such that it is more profitable to take a taxi and go to the city, it will be cheaper and much tastier.
Breakfast at the hotel is also a problem! By the time you get your breakfast ready, lunch will come! Constantly something ends, they don’t have time to inform, you have to sit and wait, then scrambled eggs, then bread, then vegetables, then milk, and so on all the time. By the way, about the omelet is a different story, it seems that everything that was not eaten for dinner is added to the omelet for breakfast, in the end it is either with sausage, then with noodles, then with potatoes, then with beans, in general, everything.
The Internet in the rooms practically does not catch, while the page is loading, all desire disappears, to see something. And near the pool the same story, it works very poorly.
Entertainment in the hotel is only for children, so there are sooooo many of them. There is absolutely nothing for adults to do here in the evening.
Summing up, I want to say that if you still decide to come to this hotel, be very careful about choosing a room, in no case take rooms from 310 to 317, otherwise you are guaranteed a sleepless vacation and instead of fresh air and the smell of the sea you will get a smell burnt butter and kebabs.
Of the pluses in the hotel, I can single out only 2 pools and a spa. On the roof, a very beautiful pool with amazing views, and excellent masseurs in the SPA

We chose this hotel because of the heated pool. The temperature was fine for my husband, but it was cold for me. The temperature was fine for my husband, but it was cold for me. They met us with a smile, but no one helps to convey things, no one introduces the hotel, you have to find out and look for everything yourself, and this despite the fact that the hotel claims to be 4 stars. The rooms are relatively clean, although they forgot to wash the cups a couple of times. Shampoos and gels are not updated. There are no partitions on the balconies, and when the balcony door was open and people were smoking on other balconies, I could smell it. Very inconveniently located parking for cars, far away. Although there is a multi-level parking in the shade, but it is for the "chosen ones". But the most disgusting thing is the booking department. We booked a semi deluxe family suite, and upon arrival it turned out that everything was occupied and received a standard of comfort, which greatly spoiled the mood. And most importantly, the girl Elena, from the reservation department, does not care about you and her mistakes. So if you book rooms that you like, it is not guaranteed that you will receive them upon arrival.

Good afternoon. We booked a suite in advance, upon arrival the staff lazily and reluctantly registered and issued one key and a meal card for two, which we no longer liked. The room itself turned out to be spacious and the view from the window was gorgeous - a large balcony, BUT I repeat in the Suite room, the bed was not covered with pillowcases, bed linen lay next to it from different sets. the towel is so old and thin that the floor is visible through them and we were warned that all towels are changed 1 time in 4 days. It's just unthinkable! The curtains in the room reminded me of school in the 90s. cleaned up cleanly. The breakfast is poor, they give the same thing, they didn’t cook anything new during our stay, the usual dining room. Cutlery and cups run out quickly, and only when you make comments, only then do they bring new ones and very slowly, which is simply unacceptable given their level of stars. The service is disgusting! The cleaners walk around in robes like saleswomen. constantly lamenting that there was not enough bed linen. Disgusting to listen to! Beach number 4 from the hotel one name. there is no canopy. people have to stick sun umbrellas into the stones themselves, which cost money. places are always full, there is nowhere to go, since the beach itself has a narrow length. Exactly at 19:00, the mattresses are pulled off from you and the hotel workers collect them in one heap. As they say, everything is for the people. : (((Don't buy anything in a pizzeria. I've never eaten such a pizza in my life, it feels like it's been re-cooked 10 times. Wi-fi on the territory catches poorly. In general, it's not worth your money. unless you take economy.

We stayed in the second half of April 2015. Liked everything. Location: 10 minutes walk to Yalta; the hotel does not need a park at all, there are so many parks around, the presence of one would move away from the sea; you wake up and the sea is the first thing you see and hear; in the morning, right in front of the balcony, dolphins have breakfast. … More ▾ We stayed in the second half of April 2015. The room (suite-comfort) is excellent, everything is as stated on the website. True, I would like a couple of plates and forks with spoons in the room, since it's "comfort". The rest is all without complaints. Breakfasts are normal. Some resented the monotony, but my husband and I were satisfied. The staff is friendly, smiling and unobtrusive. The absence of a large number of children, of course, is a plus for those who want to relax, calmly. If you need to "stand on your ears", the center of Yalta is within easy reach, and there wherever you want. The spa is excellent, you really can’t break through in the jacuzzi, the crowd is constantly sitting, but these are already nuances. In general, we recommend. And we will definitely come back in September. Thank you

Many thanks for our wonderful stay to the hotel staff and management. Booking manager Olga offered a transfer from the airport to the hotel, Konstantin met us in Simferopol, on the way to the hotel he talked about the sights - nice! When checking in, the Administrator explained everything in detail about the services of the hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, the bed is huge, a TV set (Russian and Ukrainian channels), a wardrobe, a coffee table, a balcony with chairs, there was not enough shelf for accessories in the bathroom, when you go to the beach for a week - you bring a lot of bubbles with you, but put them in there is nowhere for them in the bathroom - everything had to be placed on the sink, but there is a clothes dryer. Cleaned every day, thank you very clean, we were pleased. The hotel is at a very high level, an indoor pool of 50 m with sea water, on the 9th floor the pool is also spacious with lighting (the photos turned out to be very beautiful), its own beach with sun loungers and beach towels. Let no one be afraid that the hotel is not located in the center of Yalta, from the hotel to the embankment a taxi Pyaterochka or Devyatochka is lucky for 95 - 110 rubles, and in the afternoon you can walk through Primorsky Park to the center of Yalta in 15-20 minutes through a beautiful park. The Crimeans are very friendly and hospitable people, just a delight, the food is very tasty both in the hotel and on the coast, they look after very carefully!! ! Thank you all so much for our vacation! Crimea is the best resort in Russia!! !

Positive experience better than expected! 12 points out of 10 possible! Further details (be careful, a lot of letters).
Hotel. For lovers of a quiet relaxing holiday, the hotel is well located on the first line (there are really 30 meters between it and the sea, there is no street, no night bars and discos) in a quiet corner of Big Yalta (almost at the junction of the Rossiya sanatorium park in Yalta and the Livadia Palace park), within walking distance to the yalta embankment (20 minutes along the sea), the beach is pebbly, with comfortable capital stairs. Quite intelligently designed.
Cons (all of them are tolerable, small, I'll be pretty picky here):
- a small parking lot on a patch before a sharp rise from the reception up to the hotel gate (taxi is not always allowed there, but you can go down to the reception by elevator through the mini-entrance and the 4th floor of the main tower),
- unsuccessful ventilation system in the toilet room with damp smells from the spa (but easy to deal with, leaving the forced ventilation of the bathroom turned on all day),
- only one elevator in each building (which is not a problem in the five-story building where I lived, but takes a little time in the nine-story main tower),
- occupy almost the entire land plot with buildings (little greenery),
- passage from building to building either along the street or through the restaurant (in the daytime even through the pool), which is not a problem in dry weather,
- not much attention is paid to the purity of the water in the outdoor pool on the roof (seagulls! ).
Pros:
- the compactness of the hotel,
- spacious rooms with a good view of the sea (even many of the rooms are very much of an economy class), despite the fact that there is no crowding, there is no feeling that you are now being spied on from the window of a neighboring building,
- all new furniture (the hotel opened in May 2012),
- the balconies are correctly designed (I slept at night in a wild downpour with an open window, but not only the room, but even the balcony did not flood),
- an amazing find - an outdoor pool and a banquet hall on the 9th floor (rooftop with a panoramic view), where I ordered the delivery of a farewell dinner,
- remarkably polite employees (administrators, security guards and maids),
- an amazing director (Igor Timofeevich - a hunter, storyteller and good-natured Host, similar to the living Hemingway), my special respect to you,
- quick call for a taxi and fulfillment of other requests (cleaning, washing / ironing, delivery of a bouquet from Yalta, sending high-quality photos of my room and hotel to my email address for subsequent inclusion in a photo album on the trip, checking me in for a flight to the right seat on the plane, etc. d. ),
- capacious multi-level parking for cars of vacationers,
- a luxurious three-story villa with its own mini-park on the roof of a five-story building (pay attention to who is traveling in a large company).
Restaurant (every morning I went to breakfast "Swedish table", almost every evening I dined on the menu). This is a wonderful restaurant! I say this with knowledge of the matter, since many years ago I myself managed a small cafe, and then at another job I visited many cafes and restaurants in Moscow. The restaurant is located in a large hall (there is also a mini-hall, as well as a banquet hall on the roof of the main tower), has a huge terrace overlooking the sea, similar to the deck of a sea liner (the best place for dinner).
Pros:
- polite, attentive, efficient, sincere, sensitive to the requests of the visitor staff (administrators, waiters, cooks),
- a varied (every day) and hearty menu (even at the "Swedish table", although the hotel was barely full in May, but the restaurant "did not lower the bar" - I can compare with the "Swedish table" in Turkish and Parisian hotels, hotels in Moscow and others Russian cities).
Minus (the only one): the menu did not have a replaceable stomach to pee in the restaurant longer. : )
A few stories in order to appreciate the work of the restaurant staff.
1. I don't like bones and thick skins in fruit salads. I order a fruit salad, but I explain to the waiter that I don’t want to see oranges, grapes (except quiche-mish), or green sour apples there (but I agree to pay at the price of the menu). The waiter at first assures me that they have grapes, just quiche-mish, but five minutes later he comes up and apologizes: he was mistaken. I ask you to simply eliminate the grapes and bring me the order as soon as possible. After about 15 minutes (I'm already beginning to wonder about the waiting time) he brings me a plate in which I see not only peeled and oranges, but also grapes. I understand: the cooks cut EVERY grape in half and took out the seeds from it!
2. I love tomato juice with every hot meal at any time of the day. At the very first breakfast, I discover: it is not on the breakfast buffet menu (of course, at a price of 220 rubles, this is normal) and in general in the kitchen (Sunday morning, so everything is explainable). I ask the administrator of the hall to purchase a batch of tomato juice so that during my week-long stay it is always available, and I can get a glass of juice for a fee (I immediately give 1.000 rubles in bulk "with a margin"). The administrator in front of me calls an employee who is in Yalta for purchases, asking me to take a few packages. From that moment on, at any of my breakfasts, the waiter on duty (no matter whose shift) brought me a glass of tomato juice just a couple of minutes after I appeared in the restaurant (there was always juice at dinner).
3. On an unexpectedly cold and windy evening (in the middle of May, as it turned out, this sometimes happens even in Yalta), I am going to have dinner on the open balustrade of the restaurant. I ask the waitress to bring me a blanket. She returns with two multi-colored blankets, apologizes ("regular" restaurant blankets - due to the onset of summer - have just been sent for washing) and offers to take these brought blankets, which are used, if necessary, by herself and her colleague (it seems they were personal blankets, not "restaurant").
And such stories happened almost every day!
Taking this opportunity, I once again bow low for the amazing hospitality to all the restaurant staff - Rimma Esimovna, Alena, Elena, Tatyana Yuryevna, Larisa Sergeevna, Evgeny, Elvin, Tatyana, Lenar, Olga list them all by name).
The spa center (for hotel guests visiting is free, for those who come to it specially the entrance is about 600 rubles a day), it also includes a "health bar" inside the complex and an "evening" bar at the entrance to the restaurant. I specifically chose a hotel with its own spa, including a heated saltwater pool, and visited it almost every day.
Cons: sports and beautiful administrators Alina and Timur refuse to be photographed with regular visitors, they are terribly embarrassed to take tips, and there is no pilling with fish (this, of course, is not nitpicking, this is my kind of humor). Seriously, on the first day the pool turned out to be colder than expected (about +20/+22 instead of the promised +26, but the next morning the situation was corrected), besides, the Japanese font did not work.
Pros:
- A wide variety of spa menus (both included in the general visit package and provided for a separate fee: I went to the bath with valerian and hydro-massage, did a general massage in the hammam and massage room, both specialists Mikhail and Konstantin),
- Very attentive attitude towards visitors of the staff and, in particular, the head of the center, Marina Yuryevna (she not only sat at the computer in her office, but during the period of a large influx of visitors at the reception desk, she herself, together with Alina or Timur, received visitors and gave out towels and sheets , and when there were suddenly a lot of us at once in the "health bar", she helped her employee pour tea, make fresh juices, clean up the empty tables),
- Large space for relaxation (a lot of space, sun loungers, tables, showers, benches, hangers, cabinets and racks for personal belongings), convenient access directly to the sea.
Special words of gratitude to the bartender Vasily (it so happened that I never crossed paths with his replacement). Cheerful, smart, friendly, versed in drinks and cocktail recipes, resourceful, he became another face of the hotel for me. Almost immediately, I entrusted him to independently select alcohol for my dinners (the waiter, at my request, told him the list of ordered dishes), and he never failed. Also, on his day off (he arrived at the hotel early to chill with a friend before his evening shift), he helped me take a set of good photos in the hotel's recreational area and on the beach.
My overall experience with the hotel, restaurant and spa is the best. Minor flaws - a temporary matter (the hotel is young), fixable. I am sure that I will be happy to come back to the spa hotel "Livadiysky" for a vacation, and I wish you the same.
Sincerely,
Oleg Makushev, Moscow, 05/31/14.
PS I understand that such a large (and mostly flattering) review may seem "custom" to readers, written at the request of the administration by a hired person. This is not true. I am an ordinary person who believes that not only bad, but also good should be noticed and noted. If suddenly some information on the hotel was not enough, here is my email address for more information: makol2003@mail. ru
I will be sincerely glad if the hotel (including the restaurant and spa center) manages to show its best side not only to me, but also to every guest who has chosen his hospitality.
