We rested in August 2012. The impression is good. Settled quickly, without red tape. There was always room for cars in the parking lot. The room had 2 rooms. True small, but had everything you need. Everything was cleaned on time, in the bathroom and on the balcony everything was in order. Towels were changed constantly. The bus to the beach left on time. The audience was decent, although there were fears of meeting "merry" Slavic brothers. Meals - 3 meals a day. To be honest, the food surprised me - pulls on 5 plus stars. The food is very good quality and varied. After 3 days of stay, they stopped going to lunch, because the temptation is great, but no one needs extra pounds. SPA is not bad, animation for children is simple, but varied. At least the kids were happy. An excellent gym, the main thing is that it is almost always empty : -) We used the pool. The only thing would be to put additional filters or change the filtration system - the smell of bleach made itself felt. The staff is quite trained, polite, although sometimes they gather in "flocks" and vigorously discuss something, but this should not be. Of course, prices are a bit off the charts, but if there is demand, then there is supply. In principle, a Western-style hotel, this is not typical for Crimea. Who is ready to spend a certain amount for a holiday in the Crimea - you can safely go. I can recommend to my friends.
